Description of Work: I was pleased as I asked for no chemicals because of sensitivities. Berber carpet looks great and the only redo was where my elderly mother had a few "accidents" on the bedroom carpet and needed another cleaning. Very profession and friendly technician and raised the feet of remaining furniture to allow drying. I would call again.

Description of Work: We had fiberglass insulation blown into our attic. When the workers were cleaning up after the job, their vacuum malfunctioned and fiberglass insulation was blown throughout our living space. Our insurance company called ServPro.

Description of Work: We had a water leak in our master bath. The wall was about to burst because it was full of water. We had a plumber come stop the leak then called Servpro to assess the water damage. The tech was nice, I followed him around to see how he tested for water damage, they basically probe the baseboards, walls, and carpet and have a electronic gauge they use to determine how bad it is. In our case the drywall sucked the water up like a wick and was halfway up the wall in our closet and daughters bedroom(where the water exited the house) The carpet was floated in her room and we had 3 dehumidifiers between the master bath, master closet and daughters bedroom for two days. The amount of dust is unimaginable that gets stirred up.

Description of Work: This company was chosen because they had performed well for my cousin and her family after smoke damage from a kitchen fire. In my home some wallboard needed to be replaced and carpet removed because of mold damage. Just before the work began I was hospitalized because of a wound infection so could not oversee the work, but my brother and cousin looked in on the progress daIly. My brother paid the tab; I expect it was steep because he won't tell me how much. To do the work nearly all of my furnishing/possessions were removed to storage, and an alarming number of these simply didn't come back. Some furniture items were claimed to contain mold (I don't believe it) and other items the company simply disavolws knowing anything about. Quite a bit of electronic equipment disappeared including a printer scanner, surge protectors for two computers, a digital camera and a U-verse modem for which I am being billed by AT&T. I sent only a partial list of missing items to Servpro. asking that searches be made in warehouses. I did not list some of the smaller items, even thought they too will be costly to replace, and the missng heirlooms were one-of-a-kind and no doubt lost forever. ServPro's cavalier response has been that they know nothing about any of it. Looking back I see more precaution on our part would have wise. Moving the items ourselves to a storage locker before the work began would have added to our expense but most likely much less than the thousands of dollars I now face for replacement costs. At the very least had an itemized, signed list been completed as the items went out the door I would have had some evidence for recourse.

Description of Work: Removed water-soaked carpet pad in master bath, caused by commode water pipe bursting from excess water pressure; used fans and dehumidifiers to dry carpet. Hauled off wet pad and sprayed anti-microbial treatment.

Description of Work: A pipe burst in our bathroom and our insurance company called SERVPRO to come out to clean up the damage and dry the house. The tech that came out was so professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He checked for water damage in areas that we hadn't checked. He also took all my area rugs to be cleaned and sanitized. He also had to remove baseboards and carpet.
