+ -1 moreThey had a good selection. The quality was good. They had a sale when I went. I was able to bring it home, it all makes sense to me. The few folks that I spoke with gave me all the information that I need. They have a good selection and affordable prices. I go there because they have quality brand names that I can count on. They're all good, friendly, responsive and informative.
Description of Work: I bought a toaster oven last weekend.

+ -1 moreThey have 10 salesman yacking and talking instead of educating their self. They only help if you seem serious about buying. I feel like it is more about how much commission they can make instead of the customer. I brought up my complaints on the employees to the supervisor and he didn't care, he bragged about his employees. I ended up just walking out.
Description of Work: I went in looking for a dishwasher and a refrigerator.

+ 0 moreI had a pretty good encounter with Sears. They use subcontractor all the time. It was only 12 days left on the warranty and they gave me brand new one. The people showed up the very next day, did the work, and were out of here. It was great. I use Sears for all my major appliances, namely, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and water heater. It is a retail store and do contract work as well. I would use them in the future.
Description of Work: Sears replaced my water heater which was under warranty.
