The repairman did a professional job of replacing the door handle. The appointment was supposed to be in the morning, but the repairman was told it was for the afternoon. Also, I confirmed the time and work required with the scheduler, but the repairman was told my dryer wasn't working at all. I was just lucky he had the necessary part. After all of this, the bill was $195 - extremely high for the ten minutes worth of work and plastic handle. I'll never use Sears Service again.

Sears Appliance was very punctual and he called me before he came and Sears called me with the recording to let me know he was on his way. He was very polite and very professional.

I think that they are a little bit overpriced, but I think the repairs, if you do not have it, are extremely overpriced. So, it is pretty much at that point when you say okay well it would be cheaper to buy a brand new, but that is extremely expensive too. So you are kind of stuck in. They are supposed to be coming in on Friday to do some repairs on our washing machine and the dryer. They are really not easy to work with, as far as getting them to come out looking at multiple machines at the same time, they want to do multiple requests. What they do is, instead of putting it on one day getting it all done they want to break it up into multiple requests for different machinery and that is ridiculous, use some logic here. They have in the past repaired appliances for me. We are satisfied with the work, but it is just getting them out there at a time where we can be there and then of course the amount of money it costs. So, it is pretty much after that I really have not had any other people come out, we usually try to do all ourselves. I think at this point when the machines get so old we would probably be looking to replace them, so I do not know that we would be getting that insurance again.

I am very satisfied with the service. The guy named Infante was great. They offered a reasonable price. He was on time and very professional.

It was a routine service. The price was okay because i knew before they were here what they are going to charge me. I will absolutely use them agian in the future.

At first contact, they tried to get me to purchase a 1 year service contract which would cover all repairs and warranty the machine for the remainder of the year. I initially balked at that, but then was told I had the option of cancelling the contract and just paying the repair amount afterwards. The technician arrived promptly as scheduled, and quickly found and repaired the problem. He had also been scheduled to inspect the dryer for an additional (discounted) fee, but took a quick look and said he didn't think that was necessary, thus saving me that fee. I really appreciated that, and am more favorable to the idea of using Sears in the future. After considering the price for the repair, I decided to keep the service contract after all.

We were able to quickly schedule the repair. Sears was punctual, professional and we were satisfied with the work.

They came out Monday to do the fix after ordering the parts on the weekend. The job was done well and I was very pleased.

They never showed or called my cell phone as requested and confirmed that they would do. When I called them, they said it would be several days before they could come out. I chose another company to do the service work.

I had a service plan on the lawn mower so I did not have to pay anything.

I do recommend sears maintenance agreement ,they are the best.They take care of all my appliance,very good and always on time.If you buy your appliances at other companies sears will put it on their maintenance agreement.Very great deal.I spend $200 a year for this maintenance agreement.

This was warranty work and they did a good job. I will use them again in the future.

They did a very good job. He came in and knew exactly as to what the problem was. He showed me as to what was wrong. He explained the commonality of the breakage, so on and so forth. It was real nice.

My experience with the repair was good. It was an in-home repair; they didn’t take the appliance away, which I liked. The repair was covered under the service agreement that I had bought along with the appliance. I would recommend using Sears Company.

The fridge had a faulty latch that was supposed to hold in the water filter so every time we tried to get water, the latch would release and water would drip inside the fridge. The first technician said nothing was wrong but the problem continued so we contacted Sears again. The second technician knew exactly what was wrong, ordered the necessary part, and returned a week later to install it. The first technician was rude, late, and didn't seem to care about much of anything whereas the second technician was very polite, punctual, and wanted to solve the problem so, like I said, a mixed bag. For the washer, we decided to go with a high efficiency model that is supposed to use less water and less electricity. The only problem with less water is that if you use even a little bit too much detergent, the mixture isn't diluted enough so soap stains show up on everything, particularly darker colors. At first, I assumed that there was just a bit of a learning curve but after a while with the same problems, I called Sears to see if something was wrong. The first technician arrived at 12:45 pm even though his arrival window was supposed to be 8 am - noon. He claimed that I wasn't using enough detergent and that's why we having problems. He was very very wrong because additional detergent only intensified the problem. The second technician was also late but was a little more knowledgeable. He explained that we needed to use only a minimal amount of detergent and also use some additional settings on the washer that would increase the amount of water used. Basically, the washer had a problem but not a and quot;fixableand quot; one so there was nothing he could do. We still have problems for time to time so I don't consider the problem to be fixed but there's nothing really that I can do anymore. I understand that Sears did not manufacture the product but they did sell it to me.
