The foreman was very fair and punctual. However, the owner kept on saying "There is more damage than what we thought." The original price was $1800 and when the owner came by, the price changed to $6400 based on what she saw as necessary repairs. She never looked at the roof and only talked to her foreman. She knocked on the door several times and asked for the balance of an extra $2100 after we had paid $900. She also wanted to add 2.75% extra for the use of a credit card. In the end, the job was done for $1800 and it was a very good job.

They put the caps around the vent pipes. On some, they were not turned down or sealed properly into the vent pipes, so rain leaked all around. I had another company come out and look at the problem, and there was a major mold damage from this leak. I have contacted them many times, and never returned our call. I would not recommend them to anybody.

Every customer that I did speak with of his stated that they were very pleased with his work as well.

Flat roofs are very difficult to ensure they are not leaking. After the first go around, they had to come back a couple of times. That is the nature of that roof. They have always come back and done what they needed to do.

Lowest of five bids. Like the fact that we talked directly to the owner, instead of a salesman. The owner was highly knowledgable, didn't waste time with a salespitch....just answered questions and gave details on the work to be performed. As soon as there was a break in the weather his team was there and completed the roof in 1 1/2 days. The owner came by for a Q/A walkthrough....identified some slight cosmetic defects and agreed to make it right.

So far so good. It's been roughly 6-9 months and no sign of a leak.

Initially, everything went well. The company had good ratings on Angie's list. The contract called for half down to start, and half at finish. One day after they started removing the tile, Steve indicated there was way more stuff to remove than he estimated, and asked for $1600 more. I complied. Things went fairly well; good workers, very prompt, worked long hours each day to get the job done. The problem started when Steve continually started asking for additional draws, even though the contract did not call for them. I gave him a couple, but when it became obvious were were working towards the whole thing being paid way before the job was finished, I balked. However, I was then told that one of the workers had to have surgery, and needed that draw to get it (why this is my responsibility rather than the company's was not made clear; obviously, though, no money to pay the workers was coming out the the company till. They were being paid as they went). This persisted. At the end, even though a bit of work remained, I agreed to pay the remainder, and Steve promised to finish the following Monday. It took 3 weeks from that time to get 3 hours worth of work done. I had to continually chase him down. I was never called, ever, unless he was looking for payment. Then I received multiple calls per day. Overall, the roofing portion of the job seems very good. The tiling, however, is awful, and it is unclear if they have done much of this before. There are dips and valleys, now, where water gathers. The workers did an average job of cleaning up. This was an awful experience at the end, totally unprofessional, and I will never use them again.

The house is thirteen years old and it wasn't flashed properly so I had to re-flash it so it wouldn't leak. They did a very good job. I'm pleased with the work that they did. They were always prompt and got everything done pretty quickly.

They were very professional, prompt and courteous. The owner gave us the quote. He supervised the job and checked it after it was done. The roof has not leaked and the problem has been resolved.

The owner is very personable and takes an interest in what is going on. He said he didn't have any illegal immigrants but it didn't look like it. We had to keep after them all the time. To make sure they were there and working. They didn't sufficiently cover the roof of my shop and there was a lot of rain damage. I called him but he was on vacation so he sent somebody out to put plastic on it. Then the last time it rained there were leaks in the roof. We called him to have him fix it but he has yet to fix the leaks.

The owner showed up to look at the work and gave me an on-the-spot estimate, his crew (2) were with him to assist in the estimate. The next day, his crew showed up and made the repairs to the roof and left.

The company owner, Steven Smith, responded promptly to all my questions. His crew completed the job in four days, and they were always polite and cheerful. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. When the roof was nearly finished, Mr. Smith came by to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction, and he had his crew make some adjustments that I requested. I am thrilled with my new roof! Because of Mr. Smith's and his crew's responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail, I would enthusiastically use this company again and recommend it to my friends and neighbors.

They didn't do the work right, I am very upset. I would not recommend them to anyone. They just disappeared!

Very Good. Promptly arrived to provide estimate (within a day or two versus waiting weeks and months for other companies); estimate amount reasonable: about half another estimate. Work done 2 days after estimate for amount of estimate.

He was very punctual and polite. He even dropped fifty dollars off the price which was nice. We are having him come back to fix the ceiling inside of the house where the leak came in. He did real good work and we have not had any problems with the roof that he fixed; there has not been a single leak. He knew what he was doing when he was here and he was in and out in no time.

They left it hanging along the side of the house until I mentioned it. Someone did place it back on the roof, but did not make sure it was level. I did not receive a signal until I had the satellite company out to fix it at my expense. They pretty much cleaned up after the job was done, however, they overlooked a tarp bucket left on the top floor roof. It is a puzzlement to me why it was left there. I am assured the crew had finished applying the tar and had just overlooked removing it. No shingles have blown off the roof so far. I have noticed no leaks, so I guess all is well. The roof comes with a 10 year warranty for labor, and a 20 year warranty for materials. I am confident the roofing company will make things right if a problem does occur. I would probably hire this company again, but would double-check to make sure all materials/supplies arrived with the crew and have the satellite dish people standing by.

The men that worked for him were very polite, nice and sociable. Answered all my questions and spoke English which was a help. They were very efficient. They finished the work in a day and a half. They cleaned up completely, everything was spotless. They were very efficient!

Best experience I have had with any contractor ever, period. We needed our roof done quickly and they worked us into their schedule in a week when all the roofing companies in town are inundated with hail claims. They also beat everyone's price and threw in some extra ridge vent and fascia.

Roofing Company did an outstanding job all around for us. We did have a hail storm, and they made sure that they got to us as soon as they could. I thought the whole crew was very friendly, and I was happy with the quality work that they did. They were able to get my roof done quickly.
