Description of Work: I took a mini-laptop to them to see if it could be fixed. It really wasn't cost effective to repair and they let me know. I was impressed and decided to have another laptop looked at. They took care of everything professionally and quickly.

Description of Work: One of my dual hard drives crashed on my home pc. SACD explained my options on the phone, gave me an estimate to do the repairs at my house. The part arrived within 3 days, and they met me at the scheduled time, at my home, and installed the new hard drive. The set up the mirroring process, and we were finished. Prompt, professional and reasonable $$.

 + -1 moreI'm a PC guy and am comfortable with taking apart laptops, desktops etc. so when my MacBook Air's hard crashed I called SACDR to see if they could help. After talking with Melissa about what was I suspected was wrong with computer, not only did she tell me step by step what they were going to do but she gave me options and a cost upfront. I ended up ordering the hard drive myself (one of the options SACDR gives their customers!) since I found a great deal online. I dropped it off on a Sat at 1 pm. and it was installed, tested and ready by 11 am on Monday. I cannot say enough about SACDR and especially Melissa. Very professional all around and I will definitely recommend to others!
