 + -1 moreSatisfactory. They didn't break much, only scratched a few things, arrived on time, did the job. They grossly underestimated the amount of stuff, resulting in a LOT of extra work for me loading a huge truck myself instead of just a few things in a small truck.

Description of Work: Hired these movers based on Yelp reviews and I wasn't let down. They were quick and very courteous. They moved all our heavy furniture with no damage. Minor scratches that are barely noticeable on walls, but it was due to the narrow stairwell in house. Prices were some of the most reasonable we found in San Antonio and we would definitely hire them again. Frank and Fred were great at their job and you will not be disappointed.

 + -1 moreTook 3 months to get any movement on fixing damaged items. Then when finally returned, repair job not done well. Answer from company for my request to pay to get repaired professionally at vendor of my choosing or replace items was "Dept of Transportation only holds movers liable at 75 cents per pound." They said I didn't buy additional insurance at time of move (which they didn't offer for obvious reasons) and I could have $75 or nothing. After research, turns out my only choice was to take the $75 but would have been good if they had stood behind their service.
Description of Work: Service provided as required, but damaged two items.

 + -1 moreIt was the easiest move I've ever made. Frank and Fred met me at my step sisters house in Brenham, loaded the truck very quickly and delivered the load to my garage in San Antonio the same day. They were extremely proffessional and very careful with my antiques.

Description of Work: I HAD TWO OF THE BEST GUYS IN SAN ANTONIO, JOE AND AIDEN MOVERS FOR SA MOVING GUY. THESE GUYS HAD A REAL CHALLENG. WE HAD BEEN LOCKED OUT OF OUR BUSINESS FOR 30 DAYS DUE TO A LANDLORD DISPUTE. SO, THERE WASN'T A REAL ORGANIZED OFFICE WAITING FOR THEM TO MOVE. THEY HELPED IN A HIGHLY EMOTIONALLY CHARGED ATMOSPHERE WHILE PAPERWORK AND CHECKS WERE EXCHANGED IN ORDER TO GAIN ACCESS TO OUR OFFICE. WE HAD BEEN IN THE BUILDING 8 YEARS, HAD GROWN TO A 3 LARGE ROOM OFFICE. WE MOVED DOWN TO A MEDIUM AND SMALL 2 ROOM OFFICE. THEY MANAGED TO MOVE THE THINGS TO THE NEW OFFICE AFTER THEY MOVED WHAT WAS GOING TO GO OUT LAST, WHICH WAS INTO OUR GARAGE. THEY WERE QUICK, CAREFUL, AND SUPPORTIVE AS MO
