The work was done in Virginia at my rental property, I was not there.

They do good work and we have used them several times.

Absolutely terrible. Did not pull a permit. Did not complete work in a manner that would pass inspection. Left concrete slabs of driveway (moved during digging) stacked on our neighbor's property and another slab in the middle of our backyard., Did not complete earthworks - left the dug-out area (most of the driveway) graded towards our house, a pier and beam structure. Beyond issues with earthworks, did not repair a cracked / separated sewer line / drain line under the house - the primary reason we contacted them. Impossible to test the quality of their other sewer line work until this is fixed. Will not return phone calls or email. Prior to work, could only be reached by their 'emergency' number' - which should have been a warning, but trusted Angie's List to do us better. Said they would return this week to complete work but left us cold. When they did complete works, they set their own hours and completed works regardless if we were present or not. If this is SA's 'best', the city is in serious trouble. Do not work with this company. They are not BBB accredited and should likely be removed from this list.

I cannot say enough good about them. They were very professional and on time. They cleaned up after themselves. The work was excellent.

The contracted work began as scheduled and completed as expected. In addition to doing a great job on the plumbing, they respected and protected my home. They left the work area as clean or cleaner than they found it. I would not hesitate to recommend SA's Best Plumbing to my friends or to use them again for other work. Their honesty, integrity, and professionalism are greatly appreciated. Thank you James, Jose, Brandon, and Russell for the great work on the master bath and kitchen. Additional thanks to James and Jose for rescuing us from the disaster. There’s a special place in heaven for wonderful folks like you!
