obvious repair, not smoothed out to hide fact of patch repair. Full carpet available but vendor opted to patch. bac choice.

They were great. They were careful with my furniture, and considerate. The only criticism is they didn't vacuum all the small carpet pieces.

I am pleased with Rudy's service. would use him again. Rudy also sells carpets. But I did not buy carpet from Rudy.

I got Rudy's name from Angie's List based on a report from a previous customer. Called and made an appointment for Thursday morning at 09:00. I told him where we live and gave him my cell number in case there was any problem. He did not show at 09:00 or at 10:00 or ever on that day. I made numerous calls to try to find out what was going on and the call just rolled to an answering machine. I left messages but got no call-backs. The next day I finally got someone to answer the phone and he said he would show up in the afternoon. At 4:30 on Friday he showed up with two helpers. From that point on, the job went well. He did a good job in a timely fashion and his price was good. He cleaned up after his work and hauled off all the left-over carpet and pad. We are satisfied with his work. If he had just called to let me know about the schedule, I would have given him high marks for the whole experience.

The owner was very nice and prompt. He did what he said he would do. The quality of carpeting was average and the price good. The service and carpeting was great for the price. I would use them again for the rental house.

The ceramic work was done first. Because we were living in the home, it took 4 days to complete. This was hard, but they were here everyday doing all the work they could & still leave us "walking around room" while waiting for the tile set to cure. The carpet install was completed in one day & they worked weekends to get the job done as quickly as possible.
