The staff was very helpful to us from the time we entered the door. They provided ideas, samples and suggestions. We made our choices. Our installer, who is an independent contractor, has worked with Royal Tile many times in the past. The installer picked up the tile and brought it to our house on the day the work was done.

Excellent. We found that the price was much better than stores such as Lowes or Home Depot. They have enough tile to choose from; it is true that the selection was not huge... but they had what we have, and we were very happy with it. We also got the grout there, they had the color we wanted. They do not install the tile, but they recommended us a tile installer and gave us his business card (his name was Eduardo Hinostrosa, and he and his team were great. They charged us $1/sq foot, what we considered was very competitive. The quality of his work was excellent). Initially we bought more tile than we needed, and Royal Tile told us that we could return whatever we didn't use. We have a small car, so the installer stop by at Royal Tile and brought what he needed. At the end, we stopped by Royal Tile and they returned us the money of the tiles we did not use.

The sales representatives were very helpful in presenting options to me based on what I was looking for. Unfortunately, there was not a large selection to choose from. Nonetheless, I found a beautiful tile that would have looked perfect in the bath. However, the tile did not have matching trim. I was not informed of this while in the store, but with the small selection, I would not have been able to find something else there. Very disappointing because they should have known trim would be needed or at least asked the question so I would not waste my time.

The new tile is stunning as installed. The installer had 2 tile boxes and 1 bag of grout left over which Bryan refunded. Royal has a good selection of tile to pick from and Bryan is excellent to work with and very helpful with explaining your options. The price to quality of the tile available at Royal is excellent.

This was a very courteous bunch of people. My wife dealt with them and had nothing but positive things to say. As soon as she walked in, they were eager to help. Unlike other Tile Companies she had visited, these gentlemen tried to get a feel of what we were looking for and match up the right tile rather then just push their most expensive tile on us. They even said we could return any unused tile still in the box. We will definitely recommend them to everyone we know.

They spent a lot of time with us going over many different types of tile. Very accommodating and patient.
