It was a minimal cost because I had bought a maintenance contract.I honestly don't remember how much it costs, it wasn't shockingly expensive. The first one was a shocker. Three people came out to complete the work. They knew what they were doing.

It was quite expensive. The part had a hole in it. On the price, I thought they were a little expensive. They didn't come out right away, but they did come out shortly. I thought they were very confident and nice. I looked them up online, and they had pretty good ratings, so I was very confident in them.

We have yearly maintenance contract with Rosenberg. Never had any problems with work or timeliness.

They are the best They explained what my problem was and outlined a plan to correct the issues. I thought I needed a new $4000+ compressor. They corrected my ductwork and added another vent costing under $1000. They have been my A/C go to ever since. After saving me over $3000 I trust them completely. Which is why they are the only A/C service company I will consider using.

All went well. Technician was friendly, professional and on time. Thought cost was excessive since I furnished the thermostat and all that was really needed was to correct wiring hookups.

Very well. Been using Rosenberg for years, more through service than any other A/C company I had used in San Antonio. I am extremely satisfied with them.

Rudy was great. He was on-time, did everything we needed. The company was very responsive to our needs for a quick appointment and the appropriate documentation we needed for the buyers.

The work was done promptly and professionally. I definitely recommend them.

I think their cost is $180 for twice a year.

Excellent. Technicians were professional and courteous. The sales rep did not try to sell me more than I needed, even when I asked him about replacing the entire furnace and inside unit (just to get an idea of the cost). He reassured me that my inside unit and furnace were working fine and didn't need replacing. Very impressive.

I have a contract with them, they come twice a year, they maintain the furnace and the AC. They make sure it's ok, they oil it and so forth. They come every April or May and October. I've had them for years. I just like to make sure that is is in perfect condition for the air conditioning and heating season because I have no one here to do it for me. Their one of the best in San Antonio. I have no problem with them at all. They don't come to do any kind of work on my furnace or air conditioner, they maintain it. Their a little pricey, more pricey than most of the places around here. They are definitely more. I have three air conditioners and three furnaces. They never do a promotion, they charge a flat rate, not on size of the units. There's plenty of places that charge less. For years I was paying $49.99 per month, not it's $69.99. I just talked them a few months ago and said I may have to go somewhere else due to price. It's much more expensive than competitors. Another company had a promotion for $29.99, it's a big difference. Rosenberg never ever does a promotion. They are considered to be on of the best AC companies. My son thinks I should get rid of them because they are too expensive. Their quality is very good. They are very punctual.

The most thing is our neighbor we we are very comfortable with. We knew the system, we just moved here and knew the system needed to be checked out. So I asked for his recommendations and has known the people that have operated that firm for year and I trust him. So because of that we decided that okay we wold give it a shot. Very easy to set up an appointment, very accommodating. In fact they are all over the neighborhood here. They are one of the major providers, we are in a gated community. We are very pleased they did a thorough check up since we are in Texas its becomes warmer starting now so you need your ac in good shape.

They were great. It took about an hour for the work to be completed. The area was left clean. There was just one person to complete the work. They were very thorough.

They did a real good job. After they were done, they said they were in excellent condition, and I think the charge for both of them was only $79. It took about an hour and a half. They did everything really well.

They are wonderful. I don't know how long we have used them. I think they were the first air conditioning company that we used when we moved here. George is the technician that usually takes care of us. We have a service contact with them so come out in the summer and fall and so anything we need. What we wanted was the modulating fan that goes on and off and it sort of slows down and so I am sure it was a little more than a regular air conditioner. We were very pleased with what we received. We are very happy with the price. Well not happy but satisfied. They come right out. They are here, they are very prompt. I believe in the years we have been using them, there has only been two times that someone besides George that has came out. The quality was very good.

I've been using them for about 4 years now. They've always been excellent. The scheduling is easy, it doesn't take any time at all, and their service is excellent.

We called several companies and they all said Rosenberg would probably be able to fix the wine seller. They did a good job because the part needed didn't even exist, so they had to go around it with another part to fix it. It was expensive but they fixed it. It was a unique situation. I give them an A because otherwise if not for them I don't know that we could have got it fixed. They were able to do a repair that other companies were not able to do or even interested in looking at.

It worked out fine. I was not here when it happened. I think it took two days. They were punctual and got the job done they said they'd get done in a short amount of time so we like them.

It took a few estimates and a few return visits to get all the work completed satisfactorily -- there was a laundry list of necessary work and access in some areas was very difficult -- but when Joe and then Mike got involved, the final result and professionalism was top notch.

They have been out twice and both times they were friendly, professional and efficient.
