Description of Work: Furnace/AC seasonal check and cleaning and recharge. Service technician was prompt, personable, competent. However, there were two minor negatives: the company wants you to sign up for multiple checks at a package price (which is a good deal and we did sign up) and they imply that you will then be a preferred customer. When trying to schedule these checks, it took multiple times to find a time that they were available and not taking care of more "urgent" problems. They also want their techs to sell other products such as carbon monoxide detectors.
