Repairs went well - a non-urgent, but necessary repair. Disappointed with response time. I called in advance to schedule a next day appointment - they came late. Usually they are on-time.

I was impressed by everyone at Rosenberg from Derrick, the first technician that came out to the sales manager Joe Incardona to the installers Bobby and Jaime. Everyone was very professional and friendly and I felt they were giving me honest answers to my ac/heating problem questions. They explained everything where I could understand it and didn't try to just sell me something without explaining the options just because I'm a woman. It was expensive but I feel confident that the service I will receive in the future will be worth it in the end.

The technician was prompt and professional. A thorough check of the system was done and comprehensive report given.

On time, professional, and super nice employee

Excellent service. Very professional and knowledgeable. We are on their annual service program which provides three checks and discount on any repairs. Rosenberg also sends reminder postcards to have us schedule the checks on our A/C and Heating Systems. Their work is excellent and we highly recommend them.

Just fine. These units are hard to find parts for and are expensive. They shopped around, found the part and had me up and running as soon as the part arrived.

I've called them on occasion when my air conditioner had stopped working. The regular people I use don't have weekend hours. So, they were responsive. They came over in the evening and unplugged a drain line.

We've had a number of A/C companies at our home over the last 10 years, and Rosenberg was a recommendation to us from our neighbors. I can easily say that they were the best company we've had. We brought them out for a free second opinion first, after our annual maintenance discovered a freon leak. They were very thorough, polite, and discussed the problem and our options with us. The sales manager who put together the quote was exceptionally nice as well. He always went out of his way to make sure that all our questions were answered, and he gave us pricing on a number of possible options so that we could make the most informed decision. When we decided to replace the entire system (compressor, coil, and furnace), the appointment was scheduled quickly and the 2-person team who came out was friendly, professional, and did a really quality job on the installation and cleanup. I would easily use Rosenberg for all HVAC issues going forward. As an aside, we had a small problem with our other A/C unit while all this was going on, and their service technician came out on a Saturday evening. He arrived at our house 45 minutes after our phone call, quickly diagnosed the issue, and helped us get it resolved.

Extremely well. Rosenberg sent three technicians who completed the job in one 12-hour day. They also filed the paperwork for product registration and warranty, Lenox rebate, and CPS rebates. Very professionally done.

We were real happy with them. The price was good. It takes about 45 minutes to an hour. We greeted each other. He told me what he was going to do, and just did it. He cleaned up very well.

I remember the price being very reasonable. They arrived the same day. I remember them total being about an hour here. It was pretty much a perfect experience. It was very good. They called again to let me know they would be here and they arrived when they said they would. They wore the little slippers.

Robert Delgado was our technician. He was really good. He came at least 3 times, the last time on his day off. He worked very hard and evidently it was a problem that wasn't too common. He worked extremely hard part of the time outside in the heat. He is the best guy at fixing the air conditioner we have ever had. Please give him a raise!!!

I have had Rosenburg do my Spring and Fall tune-ups for several years. The service has been very thorough and the representatives have been very courteous and professional. I would recommend them to anyone to repair and maintain their system. I am very pleased with their service and hope to continue my business relations with them for many years to come.

They showed up, what I thought was the problem and what I wanted them to fix was not what we ended up fixing. I did end up purchasing their one year maintenance plan, so we will check again later in the year to see if it was worth it.

They are exceptional. We have used them for about 20 years. They do semi-annual inspections on our systems. It is through a contract. They are perfect.

We've been with them for 22 years. I wouldn't use anyone else.
