The Roof Doctor always provides superior workmanship and a professional staff. They always exceed my expectations. I would definitely refer them to any of my family or friends.

The Roof Doctor came out to our business for a very bad leak over our dinning room. They found the drain was plugged. He removed what was plugging it and it solved the leak. We had two other roofing companies out they both gave us estimates for over $50,000 to replace the roof. The owner of the Roof Doctor took the time to walk the roof with us and explain why it did not need to be replaced. We have had very heavy rain and no leaks what so ever. I have used them many time since for other projects. The guys are very professional and know what they are doing. Thank you Roof Doctor!

Roof Doctor conducted a thorough inspection of the roof and chimney, then meticulously applied sealant. The leak was fixed.

Called twice at the beginning of June, 2016. No one answers the phone so left voice messages. Calls never returned.

2015 and I need to leave a message on the answering machine. No thanks. I decided to send a message which was "promptly" replied to 24 hours later. In fairness the 2nd time I contacted them by message they did respond within the hour (which seems to be on par with the other roofing companies I contacted). When I told the person this, they said they had no record of a message, and if I gave the my phone number, they could check on it. That's fine and dandy, but why am I going to waste my time to prove to them that I'm not lying? No thank you. My goal is to get the job done that I needed done, and 3 days ago being in contact with them would have helped me with an earlier appointment instead of the week wait they want me to wait. No thank you. Hire a secretary!

OK - Took a little while to get on their schedule. Then many miscommunications because they had an old phone number for me.

They were on time, and did a super job. We had a torrential downpour a couple of days later.....and NO leak!

Couldn't have been a better experience. Showed up right on time, very polite and friendly, did a thorough job at a reasonable price. I especially like how, before he did anything or quoted a price, he went up on the roof, took numerous pictures of what needed to be replaced and showed the gutter completely full of leaves, showed us the pictures and explained exactly what he planned to do. This will definitely be our "go to" roofing company from now on.

Took too long to provide look at the roof, did not go through the detail of the repairs, and the estimate provided was $400 above other bidder.

The did the estimate and were able to do the repair immediately. They were nice and professional. My only complaint is that for the amount of work done we felt that the price was a little high (my dad works in construction and did not felt that the price should not have been more than $200).

They come in and did a fine job, I have never been not satisfied with the work that they've done. I was very happy with the outcome of their service. They're very prompt. They're courteous and very professional.

We discovered some shingles on the ground in our yard after those extremely strong winds on Christmas day. We called the Roof Doctor to check our roof to see what needed repair. They showed up less than 2 hours after we called, climbed up on the roof, checked everything out, and told us the shingles must have come from a neighbor's house because ours looked fine, nothing was missing. Sure enough, our next door neighbor had lost the shingles with the wind. Roof Doctor charged us nothing for the free estimate which turned out to be zero. Would definitely use again if we need roof repair in the future. Best news was they said our roof looked good for several years to come. These folks are honest and trustworthy, that means a lot.

They were professional, efficient, and punctual. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

The overall experience working with this company was outstanding from start to finish.. The technician Wayne was a true professional. It was a windy day but that did not stop Wayne from climbing on the roof to inspect my roof problem. He took pictures of my area of concerns. The pictures were very helpful so I could see exactly what the problem was as I could not climb my high roof myself.. After the diagnoses I was presented my charge which was very reasonable.. in addition the company offered a 10% Military discount .. After the work was completed once again I was presented new pictures of the finished repair. I am very confident we will be dry during the next rain storm.. I really appreciated the outstanding service the Roof Doctor performed!

He was really cool and I am definitely considering using him. Other roofers didn't even return my call but he came out for an estimate.

Everything was fine. They were right on with the price quote. It was reasonable. They were on time. They did the job and they finished when they said they would finish. They were really good. I would use them again in the future if need be.
