I have been using Ron for years on various projects for my rental properties, as well as, personal properties. He has tackled every project I've had with a prompt response and detailed invoice for the scope of work. He has done interior and exterior painting, drywall repair and texturing, cabinet and doors refinishing, plumbing and electrical. Ron and his team are reliable, organized and pay great attention to detail. I appreciate how conscientious he is about protecting my floors, moving and covering furniture and surrounding surfaces. I recently had Ron paint the interior of my home and, as always, am so pleased with his quality of work.

Ron was on time, communicated well and did a great job. I had several small kobs to finish updating a room and bathroom - switch outlets. Install a vanity light, install new blinds and hang a heavy hall mirror. Ron was able to handle everything in one afternoon.

Ron was very organized and meticulous about his work. He organized the project from start to finish, and we had a complete gut out of our kitchen. He and his team were tidy and respectful. He listened to what we wanted and gave suggestions he felt would be beneficial. We love the end result and could not be happier. We would highly recommend him!

If you are looking for an honest professional Handyman team, definitely give Ron a call for your next project. Ron completed under the stairs project in a timely manner with professionalism from day one. He would always call 30 minutes prior to showing up to start the work for the day. But overall, I am really happy with the great work he did opening up underneath the stairs for more space. He added drywall, painting, flooring, a door and a light (it really was a great job). He made a barrier with plastic sheet for the area he was working in to reduce the dust flow and to protect the floors he covered it up with soft card like material. The cost was reasonable for the amount of work I wanted done. I will definitely be calling Ron again for other projects. Thanks, RHI.

Ron did a whole house remodel next door and the house sold in 1st day. Heâ s done my whole kitchen and bathroom and I get compliments all the time. Iâ ve used him for handyman repairs and he has great connections for plumbing and electrical. Heâ s friendly, patient and reliable.

Ron was very professional and sure a great job

My husband and I had a lot of things to repair in our 18 yr old home prior to putting it on the market. We'd just had the worst experience with a "handyman" who was anything but. Then Ron came into our lives and was absolutely amazing. Initially we had exterior stucco paint and trim work. He did such a great job that we kept bringing him back to do more work - interior paint (20' ceilings), baseboards, doors, he installed and painted quarter-round on wood floors we'd installed that were never 'finished." I was delighted in the care he and his crew took in covering our floors to protect them from paint (not that they made a single mess), and cleaning up after their work was done. His pricing is reasonable, particularly for the quality. He provides detailed estimates and makes suggestions to save you money - for instance, suggesting a slightly more expensive paint because it would only require one coat instead of having to buy twice as much of the less-expensive brand. which actually saved us money! He is RELIABLE. If you have to wait a week because he is busy with other jobs, trust me - wait until he is available and you will be happy that you did! I will gladly refer him to my friends because I know he will do a great job.

Ron is awesome! I will tell all my friends what a pleasure it has been to work with him. He even cleans up!!! That is always a plus!! He responded to all calls and texts. Was on time and the price didn't break the bank. I plan to ask Ron to do more work around my house soon! Everything turned out perfectly. Thank you Ron - you ROCK!!!!

Ron is reliable, he shows up when he says he will, answers texts, phone calls and emails promptly. His work is excellent, he really knows what he's doing. The first project was a small painting job, but based on that experience I plan to call on him for further work. Working with him is an all around good experience.

Things started out fine but were in a hurry to get his money. A majority of the work was done when we were not home but wanted his money before a walk thru of the completed job was done. It was then upon our inspection of the job we found it was very unprofessionally done and a lot of areas left unfinished. Poor quality of work.

Ronald is excellent, does what he says he will do, keeps the work area very clean.

Ron was meticulous and did the painting well. Would and will hire him again for my next painting and home improvement job. Left no mess, color was perfect! Professional and reasonable priced - may not be your lowest bid (but he was) and definitely picked the best.

Ron worked with me to get the estimate cleared through my insurance company, he started and finished on time and kept me informed throughout the process.

Ron Lopez responded to my request for an estimate promptly and began work equally so. I love the new screen.

Ron took on a very difficult project to remove long runs of seamless gutters and replace and paint trim and fascia boards, then reinstall all the gutters and put in drip edge. I'm thrilled with the final results. He was able to get a perfect paint color match to the existing trim so all the colors look great. There was some redo work that was needed and it went great. No complaints and no additional charges. He listens to what you want and works with you every step of the way to ensure you are happy with the results. Additionally, he looked at a bath exhaust fan that I was ready to replace and found out the interior plug in the fixture had become loose. No charge and saved me several hundred dollars. Always on time, prompt, courteous and got my very difficult job completed. I recommend him to everyone that needs a good all around carpenter. I would hire him again.

He is very prompt in his responses to any inquiry - has a schedule because he is busy but uses his schedule wisely and always shows up as scheduled - very thorough in his work and his abilities - I would without a doubt use his services as I have been doing over the past 7 - 8 years

They stabilized my Gazebo and repaired some damaged wood, and leveled it. Painted it, Did a very good job.
