Description of Work: Roof had a pretty large leak around the chimney. A thorough explanation was given to me with pictures before and after the repair. The workers were pleasant and helpful. Robert, the service manager, inspected the job before payment was collected; very courteous, very fair with price. This is a family operated business that seems very dedicated to customer satisfaction and quality of work.

Description of Work: They installed an new roof at my home.

Description of Work: Repaired leaks in roof. As an additional bonus, with no extra charge, sealed all other openings (stand pipes, chimney). Follow up by the office staff from start to finish was exemplary.

Description of Work: Rolands Roofers arrived on the agreed date of service . They introduced themself to me and asked if their was any areas on the roof of special conern to us. Rolands workcrew roofers supervisor did a point by point on the roof areas they were going to work on . The work was done in one day. After work was completed once again a point by point inspection was done by the supervisor and me the home owner. All materials were picked up and hauled away. I also observed the workcrew several times run a magnet on the ground to pick up any nails that they may have dropped and missed. The following day after roof was replaced a company manager came by to check on the merit of the roof and check to see if roof replacement met with my approval. This total professionallism was impressive and I would certainly reccommed Roland's roofing Company to my famly members and any one else. F.A.V.
