Description of Work: They were exactly what I wanted and expected from a contractor.They worked wiht me to replace my roof under a April 2015 hail claim and even made it easy to upgrade my shinghle selection. They were efficient, precise and completed the job in one day!!! I used a different company on a roof replacement that took them 4 days ( one a one-story home). They were terrible in each area but did get the job right. ROLANDS ROOFING gets 5 stars in every category for this last job contracted for. The Project Manger/Daniel Quiroz was excellent and made the process painless with his quick response to concerns and timeliness of the jobs execution! I will use them again in the future for sure!!!!

Description of Work: I really recommend Roland's Roofing and Bryan. Just before my house closing, Buyer asked us to replace the roof due to the recent hail. I needed someone to come out and replace my whole roof asap. My realtor suggested Roland's Roofing. Project manager Bryan helped me make a decision pretty quick. He had the project started and getting things expedited for my closing date. We were able to close our house on time! I am impressed!! Thanks for all the hard work! Surpassed excellence!

Description of Work: Rolands Roofing never returned our phone calls because they told me they had gotten so busy. I had to call them 3times to follow up with an estimate they were suppose to send us. They told me they were having computer problems and thought they had already sent me the estimate.

Description of Work: The repair work Rolands did was of good quality however, I had to hound them for a call back both for the estimate which took 3 weeks to get and also the reapir which took another 4 weeks to do. When you have a hole in your roof you need a roofing company more responsive- I realize it was a small job not a new roof but they need to have roofers who just do that kind of work, more workers and more responsive customer service.

Description of Work: I have tried for five days to receive a call back from anyone in the company for a repair to my roof. I am unable to speak to anyone other than the receptionist even when I asked to speak to a supervisor. I am told over and over no one is in to speak to me and everyone is in the field.

+ -1 moreRoland answered my call quickly and came by to give an estimate for installation of new roofing shingles. His prices were very reasonable and he explained the warranties and advantages of the top grade shingle I picked out. The installation of the roof was scheduled as soon as the shingles were available and the roofers were right on time. After they finished the roof, they went around the yard and cleaned everything up. They loaded up all the old shingles along with other debris and left the yard in tiptop shape. They were polite and friendly and did an excellent job.
Description of Work: The roofers came to my house and put new shingles on the house and garage. They unloaded the new shingles and other tools needed and tore off the old shingles. They gathered up all the old shingles and loaded them in their truck and put on the new shingles.
