I needed this job done quickly in response to an inspection report relative to house closing. Also, I live out of town and could not be present at the house. They were very professional when I called and gave me an appt very quickly. We handled everything perfectly over the phone and the work was done on time. All the people I spoke with were very cordial and helpful. The receipt was emailed to me and that was it! I highly recommend them.

I called Roland's roofing and they said they would call back in a couple of hours after they checked their schedule. I never heard back from them that day. So, I called them again the next day and got a helpful gentleman who took all my information again and scheduled someone to come out and look at my roof. He came out and took a look and decided my chimney needed reflashing and quoted me $1475. That's a lot of money so I decided to get a second opinion. My realtor recommended Joe Mika, so I called him and he came out and fixed the leak for $150.00. The leak turned out to be some nails that were coming up from the attic where the builder nailed in the radiant barrier. The nails oxidized and started leaking. I'm so glad I got a second opinion. Imagine how upset I would have been if I had paid $1475 and the roof still leaked! Update 9/12/2013 We've had a few good rainstorms since Joe Mika repaired the leak and all is well. Seems like Joe got the leak where Roland's would have overcharged me and still not fixed anything. Roland's might be a great roofing company and I got the one guy just looking to bump his sales numbers but I sure am glad I asked for a second opinion.

I had RR scheduler call me back to set up an appointment for 07/08/2013, this was on Wednesday of last week 07/03/13. They actually did not call me I had to call them. I was made aware at the time slots available so I chose Saturday 07/06/13 between 10 to 12 AM. I received a call from the inspector around noon on Friday 07/05/13. I was unable to listen to the message until about 4 hours later. Basically they stated they had some cancellations for today and wanted to know if they could come over in the afternoon to do the inspection. I did not call back assuming no response from me and the inspection on Saturday would go off as scheduled. To my surprise when I arrived home they had done the inspection and left the estimate with samples outside. I have a lot questions and issues with roof that I wanted answered in person. I will follow up tomorrow to see why this happened! I dont know if I will use their service or not!

Rolands replaced the roof on my fathers home. He passed away during this time and at inspection to sell his home problems were found with the roof material. Roland's had the manufacturer on the roof the very next day, made all repairs at no cost immediately and then offered the new owner the original warranty. You could not expect or ask more from a roofer. They stood by us and responded virtually within hours. I recommend them without hesitation and will use them on my home. Excellent service

Arrived within the appointed time. Made a quick survey of the repairs needed. Replaced the shingles with new that they had on the truck. Resurveyed to make sure they did not missing anything and that the overall look blended in well with the existing roofing. Cleaned up all discarded/removed material. Got my opinion on the job completeness.

I thank Mr. Robert Moyer of Roland Roofing Company, Inc. for the help and advice he provided in getting the wind damage to my roof repaired. After receiving wind damage to my roof late February, I received two estimates for roof repair and one estimate for roof replacement. Mr. Moyer confidently and professionally informed me that my roof damage could be repaired and did not warrant a full replacement at this time. I was perplexed because one roofer informed me that in addition to the wind damage, my roof was aged and warranted a full replacement. I filed a replacement claim with my insurance company. The insurance company came out and said they could replace only two slopes of my roof. This set me back because I had never heard of a partial roof replacement. After consulting with Mr. Moyer and at my request, Mr. Moyer spoke with my insurance company representatives and informed them that I would repair my roof at my expense and withdraw my insurance claim. Roland Roofing Company came out at the appointed time and repaired my roof within the provided estimate. If I had initially followed Mr. Moyer?s advice, I could have saved myself the head ache and disappointment that came with dealing with the insurance company. I am sold on Roland Roofing Company, Inc. and recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work.

A company rep came out and examined the damage to the roof and explained what exactly needed to be repaired. The repair was completed one week later. The flashing around the skylight had been installed improperly and the materials around it were rotting. The crew arrived on time and were very thorough in cleaning up.

Since they did not call me back I did not have any service done.

12/12/2012 The crew arrived and I already had my pest secured so that they would not interfere with the work crew or get hurt! Jason arrived and reviewed the job with his crew and with my permission Jason left to oversee other jobs. He informed me that these men were his best for this type of roof and do excellent work. The men did there work, took a very short lunch break and continued to work until the job was done. They also continually cleaned up as they worked so when they finished the areas were also clean. They were highly experienced, professional yet very friendly while being respectful! I believe I shall be a lifelong Roland's Customer!

They were prompt, cleaned up, and did a great job.

I liked these guys so much that I had them do some repairs on a second house which had a leak around the chimney. I will call them again.

They were nice enough to honor the coupon I had, even though I forgot to give it to them until later. After they had done the work, they came back and asked me how I was doing and if everything was satisfactory. I really appreciated their follow up.

Initially, I called Roland's for a bid on repairs to my existing gravel roof. However, after consulting with my son, I decided to replace the old roof and upgrade to a metal roof. All the people I encountered at Roland's --Brian, Robert, Veronica, Claudia and the workmen who did the actual labor-- completed their work in a timely manner, have been accessible to me even after the work was finislhed and seemed to take pride in making this roof an asset to my home. Without a moment's hesitation, I would recommend them to my friends.

It hasn't, because no one has returned my quote. It has been over a week.

They did an excellent job. The price was great. I would recommend them A++. They also offer free warranties on their work.

There reaction time and how they repair things is perfect. They do things right. They took the roof apart and put it back together. There was a leak and the came back out promptly and fixed the leak. Robert is very professional and quick to respond. I would recommend. It was overall great value.

I called on 3/21/2012 and was told that a rep would get back with me to setup the appointment. I got a call a few days later and was told that they would call me on by the end of business on 3/30 to setup the initial inspection. I did get a call that Friday and was told that they would be coming the following day at 2:00pm At 2:00pm, no one had arrived yet....Strike one..... At 2:45pm, no sign of them.....I called and left a message with their answering service and told them I was waiting. They said, they'd give the message to the owner. At 3:45pm, I called AGAIN for the last time and asked their service to again get a hold of the owner and call me back. I NEVER got a phone call that weekend nor did I get a follow-up on that next Monday. If Roland's roofing can't make the initial appointment or return a TWO calls then I can't rely on them to do the job! Bottom line....I didn't use them....Don't waste your time!

I can't praise Rolands Roofing enough, they ALL did a fantastic job on our roof! They delivered all the new roofing material the day before the job began and showed up promptly the next morning at 8:00a.m. to begin the job. They did the entire job in just one day. Just look at the pictures, they did a great job! A special thanks to their finance department for working with me and to the job Foreman: ( Robert Moyer ), who walked us through the entire project from paperwork to installing our new beautiful roof. I cannot stress enough the importance of getting a reputable Company that is endorsed by the Better Business Bureau and Angies List.com. I got taken by an alleged liar and a crook who allegedly owns North American Interiors LLC, by the name of Eli (Eliseo) Garcia and his wife Grace who was allegedly a part of the scam! They allegedly conspired with their friend Michael Eduardo Hernandez, alleged owner of H & H Lighting & Electric, to allegedly scam my wife and I out of all the money they could! Learn from my mistake and also do a background investigation before you hire somone. It will save you a lot of time, money and grief. To end on a positive note, Rolands Roofing, saved my family from suffering from the prior contractor. Rolands Roofing, conducted themselves the way a business should, they are professionals!!! Bryan Gonzales was my contact for the job. He was there from start to finish. Brian's professionalism was beyond compare. It was a bigger job than first anticipated, but the job was completed with execellent quality and workmanship. I would definately hire them again and have recommened the company to my neighbors, friends and co workers. This is a truly professional company. Job well done.

Bryan Gonzales came by and checked out what needed to be completed and gave me an estimate. He was very thorough and explained what they would do to get the leak fixed. Joel came by on the agreed date of service. He was able to complete the job in about half a day and Robert, the project manager, came by to inspect the work and ensure that I was satisfied with what was completed. I am completely satisfied with the work that Roland's Roofing did. They were extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend them.

No work has yet been completed. 1. The first appointment I had - they were a no show even after I called the office. The estimator did call only after I called the office and let them know how unprofessional their customer service was. I did finally get my estimate and it is my guess that the estimate is lower than the other roofing companies because of the complaint and the F rating I gave them that I have since changed to a B rating. I will put an update once the repairs have been completed. So far, I was impressed with the gentleman that came out. He did a full explanation of the job. Gave me a very detailed list of repairs which made it easier to compare the estimate with other roofing companies. If I didn't go with Roland's I would have gone with Soukup Roofing as they were close in price and the company actually showed up early for the appointment.

Customer service was excellent. Company representative showed up the next day as promised. As per our agreement, they replaced rotting roof corners and painted them as close a possible to the original color. The other companies I interviewed wanted extra for the roof replacement and to paint. All Roland Roofing company personnel I had contact with were courteous. I would definitely use them again.
