It has been about 60 days and still no call to reschedule. I think they want us to get the insurance estimate before they will come back.

.Great. Roland himself came out to check roof damaged due to hail after estimate was done. I appreciated his experience to double check repairs needed. With all the hail damage in our neighborhood, we were actually one of the first to have roof repaired due to their punctuality.

It wasn't a good experience. It was a father and son thing. They had miscommunication. They didn't show up to our originally scheduled time for them to come out and give me an estimate because the dad was sick. He was apologetic. They did come out the following week and gave me an estimate. I ended up not going with them because their estimate was higher than some of the other competitors. They did call and apologize. They even gave me a discount on the estimate. Their service was good but it was just a miscommunication. I would have still liked to get a phone call because I took off work that day. They didn't take the time to let me know they weren't coming. He was very apologetic.

Roland's Roofing Co. has provided its' services to us over a number of years. They have always provided good service. They are courteous and helpful in answering our questions as well. The actual roofing crews have always been friendly and careful. Our project manager, Mark, has worked with us on our various projects and has always been wonderful. We would definitely recommend them.

It went so well that I'm having them replace it again, after a recent hail storm. They were very good. They were on time, got it done in a day, and clean up well after themselves, aside from a few nails here and there. The price was pretty in line with what I was expecting and stuck pretty close to the estimate.

See above. Kept me informed at all time about progress. Had to halt work a couple of times due to recurring rain and a very steep roof.

Mark Moya is a great account manager! I filed while the hail was still falling on April 12 and Mark was here the next day. Adon's crew were extremely hard working and thorough. All work was quickly an very professionally performed. The patio repair leveled the roof, replaced 30 year old supports, fascia and roofing plywood. All cleanups were immaculate. Highly recommend this long term local firm to anyone! They're all great!!

We had two small leaks in the roof. Roland diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate that was competitive with other local companies. After submitting the approval, about a week later he called to schedule the repair. The workers were on time and cleaned all trash. Initial contact with Roland's roofing was a pleasant experience. After calling two other companies who made me me feel like I was bothering them, I was ready to find a company who actually sounded happy I was calling them for work. The entire process was professional. I do recommend Roland's Roofing.

My roof has concrete tiles and it is steep thus the cost of the repairs I needed for roof rats in attic. Brian Gonzales was very professional and kept me informed promptly with our appointment for an estimate. The men came and did their work and were very polite. No debris left behind. I highly recommend this roofing company.

There were leaks in the roof at our Community Center. Roland's Roofiing Co., Inc fixed the leaks, after they fixed the leaks there were heavey rains following the week after completion. The leaks stopped and we are happy and satisfied with their work. Mark Moya their Project Manager was very Professional and nice to work with.

My roof has a bad leak coming through the kitchen. After they looked at my roof, they found two holes. And they also assessed that the roof had significant wind and hail damage. They suggested I replace the entire roof, but did give me the option to just repair the holes. I chose to replace the roof. They told me that there may be additional fees for any plywood that needed to be replaced, which I knew some would need to be. They told me that they usually have a 3-4 week wait to start the work, but because it was not a large roof, they may be able to get a crew out sooner. I talked to Daniel and he told me that he could start next week. They showed up the day before to drop off the materials. They didn't even need to bother me when they did it. They used a crane to put the materials directly on the roof. Next morning they showed up at 7:30am and began working immediately. Even with a lunch break, they manage to finish the job by 4pm. Again they didn't even need to bother me while I was there. The roof looks fantastic now. Also, they did a great job of cleaning up all the mess. I have absolutely no complaints about their work, professionalism and the promptness. I would hire them again, but I won't need to. But I would definitely recommend them. Great all around service.

They dropped the shingles and other materials off on Friday and arrived around 8AM on Saturday morning. Three different managers or supervisors showed us the shingles and the underlayment and described the work to be done. The old shingles were quickly removed and the roof inspected for leaks and to see if the old felt paper was still in good shape. There was a spot where we had had 3 leaks that they thoroughly checked and replaced the felt paper. They then nailed down the new synthetic underlayment over the felt paper. The underlayment unlike the felt paper was sort of rubbery and hard to tear like Tyvek material. They didn't remove the old felt paper as it was still in good condition (roof was 20 years old) and if removed, then all of the holes from the nails leave holes for potential leaks. Next they installed the "Cool" reflective hail resistant shingles. These shingles, as demonstrated at the home show where we had requested a quote, can reduce attic temperatures by some 20%. We also went with the hail resistant version which claim to withstand hailstones impacting a roof at 90 mph (145 kph) without sustaining damage. The shingles also came with Scotchgard Algae Resistant technology for added security against algae staining. They also installed the now city required metal eve strips and new ridge vents. As the work progressed, the old roofing materials were continually being picked up and placed in their trash truck. It was close to 100 degrees all day and the back side of the house has an extreme pitch to it, so around 7PM they called it a day. They came back Sunday morning and finished the job around 3PM. There was always a supervisor on site and 3-5 workers on the roof. They did a great job cleaning up, as I have yet to find any old shingles or nails.

They did a good job. They were good and they rose to the occasion. I thought they were a little pricey for a few hours of work. They did do quality work. I would use them again.

We called Roland's Roofing to give us an estimate after our roof was damaged by a recent hail storm. The project manager was our first point of contact and was very prompt, professional, and courteous. He took his time explaining the work breakdown, the materials used, and the process moving forward. The crew arrived a few weeks later on their scheduled date. There was some rain in the forecast so they worked section by section to insure that the roof wouldn't be vulnerable to leaks. As expected, it took about two days to complete the job--including the gutter and chimney repair. At the end of each work day, the crew cleaned up and notified us of the progress that had been made. The finished roof looks great. It was a very professional and well coordinated effort. The project manager and office staff were attentive throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them in the future.

The work went very well. Provider looked professional, showed up on time, gained access to the roof and I directed him to the leaking area. He saw immediately what the problem was, climbed up in my attic to further review the area from the inside, and made the required external repair. He evaluated my overall roof condition while he was up there, and gave me an assessment of the condition. Provider exceeded my expectations.

Spoke with service rep about roof leak and was told they would send e-mail with estimator's appointment. Never heard back from service rep.

We had a leak coming through into one of the bedrooms. Had 3 contractors out and all they would ever do in say there was a nail exposed. Rolands was the only company that could find and fix the problem. Very happy with every aspect of the finished job and the experience the contractor had.

We had Roland's Roofing come out to correct some shoddy workmanship done by another contractor. Mark Reynolds with Reynolds Diversified had installed a metal roof for us previously. You can look up our review of that contractor separately. I wish we had used Roland's Roofing for the work originally. Roland's roofing staff were accommodating, responsive, honest and an overall pleasure to work with. Workers showed up on time and did not have to be managed at all to complete the work. They will be our first stop should we ever need roofing work again.

From the very beginning Mark, from Rolands roofing was professional, thorough and kind. This included his office staff. They completed the job in a fast, professional and excellent manner. We highly recommend them.

They showed up on time. They were very neat. The job took 3 days. At the end of each day they cleaned up everything. The fix our leak and we haven't had a leak since. Their price was fair.

This is to let everyone know that I reviewed Roland's previously for the date of 5/31/14, we had some problems but in the end they did almost everything they promised. But I do have issue with they're response to my original review... The missed appointment that THEY DID NOT contact us about because they're man was passed leaving when we were 5 minutes late and we called them! So all in all a good company but you have to stay on top of them!

Great work! The roofing crew showed up at the time stated and were very professional. They sealed the area around the chimney and along the patio. They showed me the holes left by the previous owner's satellite dish and they ensured the holes and the corner of the roof that was coming up would not allow water underneath the roofing tiles. Great job. I would definitely consider them when the roof needs to be replaced down the road.

A personable estimator arrived on the stated date and provided detailed explanation of work required to make repairs. The workers arrived and completed all the work on the scheduled date and were very neat.
