We went to another company first to see their selection and were totally overwhelmed by their selection of flooring. When we went to River City Flooring, all the stress was gone and it was so refreshing to see their limited but good selection of hardwood floors. The quality of their product was excellent, there was no pressure to buy, and the prices were reasonable. Damon answered all our questions in a timely manner and kept in contact with us throughout the whole process. Luis and Fernando and team completed the job very quickly and with excellence. They worked hard and didn't waste time. They were courteous and professional. We are very pleased with our new floors and they are gorgeous!

Excellent. All crew did Installation with expertise. Cleaned up each day. Completed in two days for all four bedrooms and closets.

This is an excellent company. The owner is very professional, responsible, and helpful. He answered questions and gave us a quote on the same day he took measurements. No waiting. His prices are very reasonable in comparison to other companies. He does not require a payment until the job is completed. Be aware that this is a dusty job. Before they came, we moved small pieces of furniture and artwork into a room. We covered pantry & closet shelves, window blinds, and cabinets with plastic. We emptied dressers. They moved heavier pieces, like beds and dressers, around the room as they worked. When they were done, they left a beautiful, clean, shiny floor. I highly recommend this company.

I couldn't have asked for a better company! Juan Palacios was fantastic! I asked for the job to be done in 3 days since I didn't want my whole week of vacation used up and it was completed by 2 days. I've never worked with a better team.

excellent job, Lucus and a helper knocked out job in 12 hours. it was about 770 sq ft of flooring. it looks great! Kyle came and gave us a no pressure fair estimate and scheduled our install within a week. i would recommend RC Flooring to anyone looking to install engineered hardwood flooring.

Everything was excellent - from the estimates on cost and arrival/finish times, to the professional workmanship and cleanliness, to the courteous service and attitude. Lucas led the install group and he did an amazing job overall. He was on time and explained the work and approach. He was spot on how long each day would take, getting everything done in 2 days. The removal of all the old material and clean up was great. The floors make my house look new again - and the new baseboards pop. I would recommend RCF to anyone - as well as Lucas and his crew.

RCF replaced all the flooring in our home about 2 years ago. Matt arrived promptly and enthusiastically explained the benefits of River City Floor's products and options available to us. We purchased a 40+ year old home, which appeared to have all the original carpet, tile, brick, and linoleum floors. We asked RCF to remove all the existing flooring throughout the 2,400 sq. ft. house and install their Birch Honey flooring throughout the house (except bathrooms). Once we determined the options (demo, stairs, stair riser color, and replace base boards/molding), we scheduled a date for a crew to come out and begin work. The demo and installation crew of 3 showed up on a Monday morning. They removed all the existing floors and installed the new floors. They worked quickly and were finished by Friday morning. They did an excellent job finishing the stair case and transitions to bathroom floors and thresholds. We also had them replace all the base molding with 4.5" molding throughout the entire house. The 3 person crew installed, painted and caulked the floor boards to complete the look. 2 years later, we are still very happy with the quality of the floors and the ease to maintain and clean them.

From start to finish, project was done timely and with great skill. Lucas and his team (2 others) arrived on schedule and removed the old tile quickly, although it was a large mess (we were forewarned that it would be). The installation process went well and was finished on time. The floor is beautiful and will greatly increase the value of our home. We would use this company again without question

Very well- AGAIN, this is at least the 3rd time that I've written this review- Angie's List seems to keep losing their old data- I wouldn't have bothered again, except that RFC provided exceptional service and product.

It went extremely well and fast. It was a large area, and was totally completed in six days. Kyle L. was the sales rep., and he was excellent. He was great in helping us choose the wood flooring and was actually on the job site daily checking on the progress. I would highly recommend requesting Kyle. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to work with.

Damon and his staff were wonderful. We had personal and professional consultation. Attention to detail, great product, excellent value. Home looks like new after flooring installed. We love the look of the 8" hickory that we had installed. The installers cleaned everything up, and were done ahead of schedule. Thank you River City Flooring, we have recommended you to our friends and if we ever need flooring done again, you will be the first person we call.

Our flooring was installed one week ago and we are very pleased with the result. We felt that we could trust Kyle from the first meeting; he was helpful, knowledgeable, and he & the crew (Louis, Fernando, Elson, & Uriel) were very professional and capable, working steadily to provide the least amount of disruption. We will be confident to (and in fact already have) recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Went great, but had a few issues about a year later and called Kyle and he had someone here the next day to fix it.. He did not hesitate to get the problem fixed. When the job was finished they came and did a walk through to make sure we were completely satisfied. In fact Kyle saw a problem with the trim work that he did not like and I had not noticed, so he had them come back and fix it the next week. You don't get that kind of customer service anymore.

Excellent! We had multiple flooring companies come out to give estimates before deciding on River City Flooring to replace our floors due to a water leak. Great decision! Damon went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. He came out promptly to give us an estimate and explained the process and the quote very clearly. He made extra trips to our home to deliver samples when I couldn't decide on which flooring to use, answered all of my questions, and kept in touch during the installation to make sure we were happy. We were! The crew was professional and hardworking, the process went exactly as expected, and the floors and trim turned out beautifully. All at a price that was well below the competition. An added plus: no payment expected until the job is finished and the customer is completely satisfied. Hire River City Flooring and you will not be disappointed!

I wanted wood floors for a long time. I had an idea of what I wanted them to look like in our home, always the same color. So, when we hired RCF, they fulfilled that idea in so many unexpected ways. They were friendly, knew what they were doing, even knew design. They also had the best price for what you were getting. When I walked into our home for the first time and saw the floors, my jaw dropped. It was beautiful, exceeding my expectations. The color was not what I imagined. It was better. The wood was beautiful. Everything was professional down to the caulking, and painting of baseboards. Imagine that I thought I would save money doing that part myself, so glad I didn't. They made it look finished, flawless, and perfect. Highly recommend.

They did a great job. The only thing that I had complaints about was that the piece of wood that he showed me the sample of/that I had selected was not the one that they installed. It was a different color. It was too late to change it because they had already laid it down. There was nothing I could do. As it turns out, we are very happy with the choice. I would like to have caught it in time and if I had, I would have asked them to change it to the one I selected or the one that he showed me. That was the only issue i had with them. They did very good work and I am very pleased with it. They could have a meeting with you in the beginning before they lay the floor, to show the pieces and make sure that that is what you ordered before the job gets started. The customer will be able to make sure that that is the correct product that is being ordered and smoothen the transition of the rest of the work.

Completely Satisfied! River City Flooring provided exceptional customer service from the initial contact to the final walk through. Damon was quick to respond with a request to visit the house and give a quote on the project which consisted of removing tile, carpet and installing hardwood floors. We agreed on a start date and the crew showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. The entire project was completed in 3 days, and we could not be happier with the results. The floors are absolutely beautiful!

Could not have gone better. All the great reviews you read about this company are true. Daman is awesome to work with. You can tell he is genuine and believes in the products and services he sells. The installation crew was efficient and on time. They finished both rooms and two closets in just two half days. They did not use 4 boxes of product and reimbursed for them on the invoice. We are very very pleased. I got one other bid for the job that could not even come close to the price RCF charged. I am thinking of having more rooms done next year! Thanks, RCF for a job well done.
