The project was well organized by Kyle, Oscar and their crew. Their quality of work and professionalism is outstanding. We are pleased with our beautiful new hardwood floors.

I can't say enough about how good these guys are! Damon is very knowledgeable and honest. The crew was excellent both in guality of work and how helpful they where with moving furniture and even putting pads on all the furniture legs. I did a lot of research and River City offered the best price by far and high quality product.

Professionally done. Luis, the crew chief, did a great job on answering my questions and ensuring I understood what was going on. They worked on four rooms and a walk-in closet. He and his crew did quality work and cleaned up the area well. I am very happy with the end result and am glad I made this investment.

I emailed River City Flooring on 7/25/18, Damon Benedict & I met at my home that afternoon. Damon emailed quotes. 7/26/18, my husband and I scheduled an installation for approx. 1700 sq ft. The following Wed, Aug 1st, removal of carpet and old wood flooring demo completed. Approx. 800 sq. ft. of new engineered flooring glued. Fri., Aug 3rd, at 1 pm, final walk through. Working with Oscar and his crew was an experience in excellent workmanship and professionalism. During the walk through, I could not find one area of flooring, or chalking/painting of new shoe molding that was not perfectly done. 100% satisfaction

I really like how RCF gives customers a very good way to explore its flooring products. I first saw samples for River City Flooring at the HEB Plus on Blanco and 1604. Loved the wider plank engineered hardwoods. So I took a look at the RCF website – it was very well done and helped me narrow my selection, and learn more about the company. At the showroom I was able to see a good-sized layout of the different hardwoods. Both Jordan and Damon were very helpful both for making a choice (I picked the Coastal Gray engineered hardwood) and for understanding the installation process. Oscar and the installation crew did amazing work: very professional and energetic. The floors are gorgeous, exceeding my expectations!

From start to finish, our experience was perfection! Damon came and brought great samples, as well as pictures, so making a decision was very easy. The crew was fast, cleaned up after the work was done and did a great job. HIGHLY recommend this company.

Everything was done with the highest level of professionalism - from coming exactly on time for every component of the process (estimate, installation), to the excellent pricing compared to competitors, to the quality of the work done We had engineered oak hardwood installed in the main rooms of the house that had carpeting (living room, hallways, three bedrooms) and laminate done in the storage areas and refinished garage (now a mini apartment). The work was completed in three days, with no interruptions. Damon (owner) was always within reach to answer questions and provide guidance on short-term and long-term care. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of doing flooring in their home or business!

Damon from River City Flooring is amazing. I used them to put hardwood floor downstairs couple of years go. Again hired them to put hardwood flooring for my second floor. These people are amazing. They are really punctual and did an amazing job. Would highly recommend them.

This experience was great from start to finish. Damon responded quickly to my questions before the installation. The crew of 4 were on time and worked quickly. They completed the project in 7 hours - take out carpet/pad/tackstrips, take out tile, install floor (650 sq ft), clean up. The floor looks beautiful! Professional. High Integrity. Service Minded. Reasonable Pricing. We first explored hiring Atlas Floors for our wood flooring (rip off report galore) and stumbled across River City Flooring instead. We worked with Damon Benedict and he was a really great partner making the planning and install very easy. They really went the extra mile when our house burned down literally the day after the floors were installed (fire had nothing to do with them BTW) and waited 2 months for payment from our insurance company - even though they weren't obligated to wait at all. I will definitely try to use them again when we rebuild. Highly recommended.

We couldn't have asked for anything more. Matt guided us through the process with expertise and integrity and always responded quickly even when we had sudden questions in the middle of the install. More positives are River City Flooring does not subcontract out the work, they wanted no money until the job was done and we were satisfied, they were always prompt, and they took great care moving our furniture and in cleaning up the work areas. I couldn't believe they installed all four rooms in only two days. They followed through on every single thing, as promised at the outset. We have had the floors for about six weeks now and LOVE them. The quality of the materials and the workmanship are outstanding and the floors are gorgeous! I would hire them again with no hesitation.

My experience with River City Flooring is excellent. I received the initial quote early in the year and had to put the project on hold, but when I contacted Ryan again he was quick to engage and scheduled the project to fit my timetable. He was flexible with changes I made to the project. The crew arrived on time and finished the project in less than 2 days (about 800sqf) including staircase. The work is very professional and was done to my atmost satisfaction. I was impressed how efficient they work together. They left the area clean. I only hope that the rest of the remodeling project at my house will be as smooth as this experience. I highly recommend Ryan and River City Flooring.

Perfect! We met Ryan with River City Flooring ant the Austin Home & Garden Show. From our first conversation, we never felt like we were being "sold" floors. Instead we felt like Ryan wanted to get to know us, and provide exactly what we wanted. He was patient and professional throughout the estimating and selection process. The installation crews were wonderful as well, did a great job, and were easy to work with. We felt the price was very fair as well. Lastly, Ryan's follow-up was appreciated, and really put a gold star on the entire transaction.
