Matt responded to an email I sent almost immediately. He was very accommodating with our schedule and came out during our inspection to give us a quote. He measured the entire house and gave us wonderful information/education on types of wood flooring. He provided a very detailed quote the same day. We decided not to use him only because we decided on another color of wood. He was very professional and helpful, especially since I was clueless about this area of remodeling. Thanks Matt!

They did a great job. They were excellent. They were friendly and on time. They did the job all in one day. The job was beautiful. They cleaned up. They were cheaper than another company. They were a wholesaler so we got high grade product for less money. We got hardwood floors for about the price we would have gotten laminate floors at a big box store. Everything was wonderful about them.

Installation was done by another contractor. Personnel at River City were courteous and very knowledgeable about their products. We received exactly what we ordered. Our experience could not have been better. I recommend them highly.

The team was amazing and quickly tore out all of the carpet while moving the furniture around from side to side of each room. They began to install the floors and by the end of the first day they had done about 2 1/2 of the rooms. The next day they came back and started working on the 3rd room and the stairs. They finished installing the floors and then began cleaning them and caulking against the baseboards. The end result was more than we expected and we have had numerous compliments from friends and family.

It was great! I had 3 contractors come and give me bids, and Kyle's bid was the best as they charged the same per square foot for installation, but they didn't nickel and dime you for everything else PLUS they moved the furniture (I just had to remove all breakables) where the other contractors told me I had to move everything. The morning the work was to begin, I got a call from Kyle telling me the crew was on their way, and were here within 30 minutes and got right down to business. The crew was great with moving furniture, making sure not to damage walls or the furniture. With this type of work, dust and dirt is to be expected, but they made sure they cleaned up the living areas before they left the first night and cleaned up when they finished the job the next day. I am really pleased with how the flooring looks and the baseboards really make everything "pop". If you are redoing your floors and want a company that gives you a great value for your dollar, along with doing great work, the call Kyle. I know I'll keep the name and phone # and call them if I have any flooring needs in the future.

It went great and we were very pleased with the end product. They removed all the old flooring, leveled areas as needed and installed the new flooring, hardwoods and tile in over 1,500 square feet of the house. This was accomplished in just over two days. They moved our furniture around as needed and also installed all new 4" baseboards, painted and caulked, which really gave the areas a new and custom feel. We were very impressed with the crew. They were very professional and always on time. They cleaned up everything and hauled off all the old materials. It was quite a transformation and we were very pleased with the entire process. The actual cost was lower than the estimate which is always good news. We would highly recommend their services and products and plan to use them again when we finish remodeling a few more areas of our house.

My floors are beautiful. I couldnt have imagined how easy the whole process was going to be. I had shopped everywhere in Austin and San Antonio for the same quality floors and I found nothing that compared to the price and quality. They have a quaint showroom in San Antonio I visited so I could see the samples installed. Kyle was very helpful and knowledgeable about their product. The most impressive thing was the fact that I didn't pay a dime until the job was done.

I purchased porcelain tile and the install guys installed that in my bathrooms and laundry room. I was very pleased with the outcome and everyone that has been to the house loves the floors. Damon Benedict, my sales coordinator, was very responsive and knowledgeable and provided me with a fair estimate. The project took a day and a half. The 3-man crew, led by Oscar, arrived as scheduled and were finished in no time. They did an awesome job and cleaned up when the job was completed. The floor looks fantastic, as if the hardwood was there all along. I will hire them gain.

After going to Lowe's, Floor and Decor and Lumber Liquidators we searched Angie's list. I am so glad we did. I emailed Matt late Saturday night and he came out Sunday Afternoon. He brought samples and measured the floors. His prices are unbeatable and the wood floors are amazing quality. By Tuesday they were installing the floors and they were finished by Friday morning. WE moved into our brand new house Saturday morning and had the most beautiful floors. Great Work!!

Installers came prepared to do floors w/necessary material, tools, and knowledge. Three men who worked as a team to provide wood floors throughout the house.

After terrible customer service at O'Krents, we researched River City Flooring. Matt was very prompt in responding to correspondence via email and telephone and always maintained a professional and personable manner. He willingly provided multiple estimates for different flooring scenarios, and we can guarantee his pricing cannot be beat. We were also provided with samples free of charge to take home. The showroom was clean, well organized and customer-friendly. As for the actual installation, rest assure that payment is not requested until you are satisfied with the end product. The group of young men were punctual, always early to the job, polite and professional, even going above and beyond in helping with a leaky dishwasher discovered during the demolition phase. RCF arrived right on time; a crew of five worked fast and organized, all material and equipment was laid out for quick and easy access, what impressed me the most was that everyone knew what their job was and proceeded without hesitation. The whole job only took about 2.5 hrs. The crew cleaned and picked up materials and equipment as they went along. Upon completion they cleaned the floor from dust, glue, and any paint....they returned the furniture and gave me instructions on what to expect next. The crew was friendly and very professional.

Tyler was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Response to communication was always immediate. Even after I had to adjust our original plans for the project, which decreased his profit, he was flexible and friendly. Tyler managed his crew well, making sure they did a good job and corrected any mistakes that were made, such as the time when one of them got some red chalk on my carpet. He even picked up the wood from the Lumber Liquidators store for me free of charge, whereas Lumber Liquidators wanted to charge me for curbside delivery and then charge me more to actually bring the wood indoors. I highly recommend River City Flooring and will use them again for any flooring needs that I may have in the future.
