Description of Work: Installed hardwood floors throughout the first floor of our house. Cost was great as it allowed us to replace our entire first floor with hardwood for the same price that other vendors were only willing to do 3/4 of our first floor. They showed up on time, and finished ahead of schedule by 1/2 a day. Only took 2 days total. The reason they did not get an A on quality is that they did not put up tarps in the house. So when removed the tile that covered some of our flooring dust got everywhere! However, like i said all else was very professional and the flooring is great quality. The workmanship was great, and they came back 2 days later for some little thouch-ups on the baseboards with no hassle. Payment is due upon completion which is always a good deal. We have recommended them to three neighbors who have used them and no complaints from them either. They do a great job, with a great product, for a very reasonable price.

Description of Work: Kyle responded to us immediately the same day when I emailed him. We had already fired the Installer from Lowes after they did not contact us for 10 days straight even though the store continued to promise the installer would be calling to set our installation appointment. I went on Angie's List and found River City Flooring on a Tuesday. We had our floors installed 5 days later. Kyle understood our situation and was able to set up our install on Sunday and it was Father's Day also. We had not been able to fully move into our newly purchased home because the 4 rooms had only the concrete slab showing. River City's installer, David stayed in contact with us letting us know when he would arrive. David was on time. He worked steadily installing our PergoMax Laminate floors in 4 rooms. He finished the same day he started. He was professional and friendly and did a beautiful job for us. We are very pleased. River City Flooring and Kyle and David came to our rescue within 5 days of our initial contact after having been treated very poorly by the other Installer called Flooring Doctor who Lowes contracts out their flooring installations in the Austin area. I recommend River City Flooring 100%
