Service prompt and friendly but not fully successful

The problem was taken care of in a timely matter. They kept checking up on what was going on with the pesky critter. They did a great job.

Jesse and his sons did the job required without trying to sell a bunch of superfluous services. Their price was the best by far, and for value, I can't imagine any competitor coming close.

Jesse, the owner, was very professional and knowledgeable regarding this project. He stopped to explain any questions I had. He was efficient in executing the service (I had both termite and general pest control indoor and outdoor done.). He caulked any holes that he had to put in my walls.

This is a family owned business, and you'll most likely be dealing with the owner. Jesse was very helpful in assessing whether I had a current termite problem or not, and determined that I did not. Nonetheless I hired him to put in a termiticide barrier and he did so, at a good price. I also had a problem with a squirrel in the attic, and he rodent proofed all entries and set up a Havahart trap to catch the one squirrel inside. Again, his price was very reasonable. I would use this company again, if needed.

Highly recommend them. Jesse, the owner, is very nice, always smiling, and does what he says he will do. We had 2 raccoons in our attic and was able to trap both of them due to his persistence and follow up. Made numerous trips to our house. We call them again in a heartbeat.

Great Service and very personable

He did what he said he would and he followed up.

Only comment ... was to get a call first as it was a rental and did not. Otherwise great.

Twenty minutes after they were late I got a call from their office to say they had stopped to get gas but were on their way. They were nearly 45 minutes late and no apology when they arrived. I hired them because I was desperate to get a raccoon removed from the attic. They set the trap (with my can of cat food!) so we shall see if it works in a couple of days

They have excellent customer service they are very informative and they let me know up front what they were going to do to eliminate the raccoons in my attic and the cost. They are a great value for the money and they are true to their word. I would recommend them to everyone !
