Description of Work: Had a multi-bulb hanging light fixture that was shorted out. Took it in Fri morning. Was able to talk to the repair tech and got a ballpark estimate. Picked it Sat PM, cost was within $5 of estimate. Very helpful and professional. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

 + -1 moreThese lamps were in bad shape. Not only had they stopped functioning properly from normal wear and tear but in trying to fix them myself I had done more harm than good. I wasn't really expecting that they were repairable. Not only did the Richardson folks get these lamps working - they returned them to like new condition in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. I strongly recommend them to anyone needing lighting help.

 + -1 moreI have a pair of small lamps that I use on our baby grand piano and which cannot be replaced. I dropped one and messed up the workings. I looked on Angie's List for a reputable lighting company in San Antonio and chose Richardson Lighting. Took my lamp in on a Monday and was told it would be ready Friday. I received a call that it was ready on Thursday. When I picked it up, they told me it simply needed tightening which they did and insisted on not charging for it. I have two more lamps I will take to them and will highly recommend them to friends. Thank you Richardson lighting.

Description of Work: Three way switch on lamp was replaced. They also had an overstock of lamp shades that were reduced and so I purchased 4 @ $10 each. They would have been priced at $35 or more at Lowe's. They have an huge selection of lighting products including some avant garde designs not seen before in SA. This shop is a decorators dream come true! Highly recommended and everyone that works there has been there for years and they really know their products!

It took a bit longer than we were first told, but they made up for that by saving us a trip over there to pick it up; Don delivered to our house on his way home. We heartily recommend Richardson Lighting for lamp repair. Although we are not in the market for a new lamp, their showroom is full of beautiful lamps and fixtures.
