Charles gave our various projects a good review and estimate for some minor repairs, stucco and door painting and cedar trim staining. The job was delayed by a couple days due to a previous job, but when the 2 man crew showed up they made short work of it all. Charles and the painters found some minor damage that we had missed and added that to the job. We even added interior painting to the job. We are very pleased with how it all turned out.

Excellent, they do exactly what yous ask them to do. Very neat and professional and arrive on time and they also meet deadlines.

I could have built a better gate myself. I couldn't open the gate because they built it below the ground level, so my father had to cut the bottom of the fence. The gate is flimsy, has to be slammed to even shut and the closure is already rusted. I have asked them to refund my money or repair the fence and have not heard back from them. I will not use them again.

When I called the number, the lady said you can ask a handy man to do the job for you! So why your name pops up when I put my request?! After I insisted, she scheduled for an estimate. A gentleman who was on time and polite came over to take a look and give us an estimate and he was supposed to provide us the estimate in a couple of days, however, after about 2 weeks we haven’t heard back from them about the estimate yet and I had to look for some other pro!

Everything went well. Job done as Quoted. This the Second time I have used Them.

Everything went great, the employees were all courteous, on time each day and cleaned up after themselves each day. The house looks great.

Renovate Paint & Design (RPD) did a fine job. Between the time we contracted with RPD and the star of work we found out that my wife would need hip replacement surgery and needed it ASAP. RPD pushed hard and got all the critical stuff done to make the MBR ready for us before the surgery date. Small problems always arise and RPD was quick to find work arounds when possible and otherwise resolved matters in a timely fashion. We hope to do our other bathroom in 2019 and RPD will be on our short list of remodelers.

It went very well. The workers showed up and completed their tasks and cleaned up. When the job was almost completed a supervisor came by and checked the workers work and she pointed out some minor items that were taken care of. There were no problems.

The Sales and Design Manager and the Company owner communicated very effectively with me to set up and provide a very competitive work estimate for my project. Once we agreed upon the work specs and cost, Charles provided a totally accurate overview of how the work would be completed, what materials would be used, as well as a timeline. The workers were very diligent, respectful and skillful. They worked hard and completed the project on a very timely basis. The product of their work was that the project was completed effectively and according to specs. I am very appreciative of the quality and service provided by Renovate Paint and Design.

Charles- the owner is professional and gives thorough invoice/quote so the work done with pricing is transparent. His teams do great work. He came recommended by our realtor. It is hard to come by contractors who are detailed. Although it initially took some time to obtain the actual quote, once it was agreed upon, the team quickly completed high quality work.

The Manager came out to our place today after we contacted them and scheduled the review on Wednesday. Great response time. Very nice and knowledgeable. Took photos and gave suggestions on how to achieve what we wanted in our music studio out back of the house. He is preparing a bid proposal for us and, if it is as professional as the company's first impression is to us, it will certainly be the best.

I especially liked Tony Lomas as the foreman for my painting crew. He brought his painters back to caulk areas they had missed on my roof dormers and had them tack up wiring under the eaves which they had left dangling after the job was "finished". He was very responsive to my punch list at the end of the job. They were able to do the carpentry needed for rotted wood. Charles, the owner, gave me 10% off his original bid if I would wait a few weeks for a less busy time of year to start my job. It did require me to have some doors and windows open a day or two in very hot weather, but the savings was worth it. The only problem I had was a miscommunication as to which week they would start. I was paying a friend to stay in my house during the day while I was at work. She was there four days before the painters actually arrived to start the job. Once they started, they worked straight through (excepting weekends) until they were through. Overall I was very happy with the quality of the work, clean up at the end of each day, and politeness of the painters.

Charles schedules the quote promptly and doesn't follow up with a quote. He did this twice. The first time he said it was in an email folder and he thought he sent it. The second time he came out again and never emailed us the quote. He wasted my time by not following through. I gave him the benefit of the doubt the first time and allowed him the opportunity to come back out, as per his request. We will not be calling or doing business with them.

Charles came out the same day I called. Got us a quote 24-hrs later and had a crew here the following Monday. The three painters were careful and professional. Everything turned out great.

Every stage of it went exceptionally well, from first contact to final follow up. They contacted me quickly and provided a detailed quote in a very timely fashion. Work started quickly as I requested and work crew did a great job with thorough prepping and I got a great paint job. Final inspection and follow ups made for a great professional experience, just as it should be. Price was very fair as well. I would highly recommend Renovate Paint and Design and would use them again if needed.

Barbara and her team did a very good job. The cedar beams are large and fairly extensive, and some color matching needing to be done in order to get both the beam color, and fascia board matched up. Barbara worked hard to deliver excellent results. The team did great work, cleaned up well after themselves (3 day project) and were extremely professional throughout.

The price was reasonable. They came on time and worked until the end of the day, they were here for eight hours. They were great.

Excellent, professional service from start to finish. Provided good advice on color selection. Also came back after the job was done to see if any touch-up was necessary - took care of two very small issues quickly & completely. Will definitely use them again.

Went very well. Quick and thorough. Still have a second coat on a door to do. But I am no longer home to do this. Have recommended them to three other neighbors. Will use them again when I need more painting done.

Truly professional. Took time to explain concerns owner had. Did quality work and ensured materials and overall installation met co tract needs for gutter installation. On site crew worked diligently in the Texas heat
