+ 0 moreVery well. There were unfortunate delays due to the cabinet supplier but not remodeler. He made good design suggestions that other contractors didn't. He also spent a lot of time with me upfront putting everything in writing so there were no surprises.

Description of Work: Renovation of master suite and bathroom, also facelift of hall bath. In the master bath, removed tub and installed walk in shower, installed new tile in shower and floor, cabinets, sink and toilet. Removed popcorn ceiling and painted bedroom/bath. In front bath installed new tile around tub, new sink and counter and painted. Julian directed the subs, held them accountable for work and was always readily available by phone. I could not have been happier with the project. I have referred him to several other people.

Description of Work: Contacted Julian for remodeling projects at my residence and he was very responsive. As the contractor, he pulled together different services that would be needed while I was trying to lineup some financial assistance. I was not able to secure the funds to do all the work needed and had to fund a roof replacement on my own in a quick timeframe. I went with a firm that was one that I had contacted prior to looking into the turnkey deal as they could get the roof done in 72 hours. | |Julian was very personable and professional from the beginning. He was prompt with followup and returned calls when needed. | |Since there was no actual work performed on his part this review is only to advise on Julian's commitment to customer service. I would definitely seek his services again should the need arise.

+ 3 moreMr. Alvarez was very easy to work with and helped throughout the whole process. He accompanied me to the granite yard, tile dealers, and plumbing stores and help me select what I wanted and what would function well in the space. He was professional and knowledgeable. The job started and ended on time with no surprises. He made sure everything was done right, and all the details were taken care of. I was impressed with all the people he used for the job from the granite fabricator, tile installer, plumber, and electrician.
Description of Work: The job consisted of tearing out old laminate countertops and backsplash, installing new granite countertops, and marble backsplash. It also included installation only of a new garbage disposal, sink, and faucet, and changing light switches and plates to match the new marble backsplash.
