Worst moving company ever, not only did they pushed in my dresser drawer, took a chunk out of the rented house I just moved in. We barely just got the hinge to my bed. Keep in mind. This was weeks ago after we moved in, then the mover was crying to my husband saying please sir please don’t don't report this they’ll take it out of my paycheck, so my husband’s trying to be nice and said OK the only thing I need to do is please help me move this one last thing and then we’ll call it Square. He never freaking came to help so not only he busted in our furniture, took a chunk out of the wall, gave us a hinge two weeks later, never helped when he agreed too. Do not pick this company you’ll pay close to $1000 and get the worst service you could ever imagine. They will steam you up and tell you that everything’s covered and don’t worry our movers are the best we do background checks, all a freaking lie.

Please don't use them for future moves. Sonia is a liar and very rude. And when I made a post on her video on Facebook she deleted it and blocked me. Now she will not answer the phone or call back. The movers are great but she made it bad for us and I will never use them or tell anyone to until she is no longer worker there. They have not fix the issue and saying that the Manger will call me and he doesn't have a number and she is the only one answering the phones. This company is full of it and Sonia is a **** lair and rude and I will never do business with them again and suggest that you don't either. Oh yeah Reliant Movers charged me for 3 Movers and one showed up late and they didn't give us a discount and they are trying to lie about how late he was. I would have let it slide but Sonia was rude and then all that **** lying ****** me off. I know she was the one that blocked my comment about her lying about not charging for mileage and blocking me on Facebook. If that's how you run your business I hope you never get another customer again. Lol okay more on Reliant Movers. Now the owner called me only because I was blowing up instragram say Don't use the Sonia is a liar and rude. He was upset about that and said I was being a kid but it made him call finally right. Well he kept going on and on about it saying nothing. Then he says Sonia fixed the issue and did not. And said they can delete comment because they are not reviews and block people buy it wasn't her. Whatever and he tried to say she fixed the issue but I never heard her say an amount. She said to call back Monday because she needed to talk to the driver. When I called Monday she said I had to talk to him. Bottom line they didn't resolve issues and charged me for three Movers and only two showed up on time which made them go over the two hours and then charges us for mileage and hasn't shown me where it says that and now has a video out saying they don't. Do Waste your money with them. Also he said me posting review will do nothing to them. Very rude and wouldn't listen.

Subpar, slow and expensive. Showed up 2 hours late with no explanation, apology or care for my wasted time.

I had Reliant Movers do a local move for us across town and they did an excellent job! Fast, respectful, and careful with our belongings

I used these guys 1 time. Never again, and I still have more things to move from another house. I most certainly wouldn't use them. I contacted these guys based on their reviews and the relative closeness to my apartment. I contacted them to move me on Saturday the 4th, during to my closing date that my builder told me would be the 3rd. I had to post pone my move to my closing date being pushed back. I contacted Erick 1 week before giving them entry of notice and asked to move it to the following Saturday. He said it shouldn't be a problem and asked me to call him back in the afternoon because he would forget or something to that effect. Done. He sent over a new quote for the job. Signed and sent it back. Done. Week goes by my builder pushed the closing date again. I call Erick and explain the situation he said the exact same thing pushing the move back to the 16 at 5 pm. He sent over a new contract. And asked for an email confirming the changes. Done. I have the email chain. The 16th rolls around we are waiting. No calls no confirming they are coming. Nothing from this guy.My family and friends are there to help and to help offload and unpack at the house. I call Erick and get a voice mail. I ask what time they are coming to make sure they are not lost. Erick tells me he doesn't have us scheduled, can't remember the appointment, can't find the email, and basically says we are out of luck because they are too busy on Saturday the 16. I tell him this is unacceptable we had this arranged. I said how about Sunday the 17th earlier than 5, he said all he had was after 5. Fine I accepted it, and asked for a discount since he screwed up my day as well as my family's day. He said we don't give discounts but in this case he would make an exception. Moving day comes he calls me at 230 saying the guys are early would 3 be ok. No problem. I drop what I am doing and wait at my apartment. 320 rolls around the guys get there and get to work. They are a bit slow and want to talk. I'm not rushing them. It is Sunday and let them do there thing. Load up and go a couple of minor bumps and bruises on 1 bit of furniture and a brown streak on a wall but nothing that can't be fixed. Get to the payment part and it is 545 dollars. I ask the guys to ask Erick, is that with the discount. Erick offers a $25.00 discount. After wasting mine and my families whole Saturday. I didn't yell or tell him off o said that 25 is fine but I would make sure to post a negative review on Google. He said if I did that he would take away the discount. Wow. There was a trip fee surcharge of $75.00 that is what I figured he would waive and that would have been perfectly acceptable to me. I even told that to one of the movers. I tipped both workers, paid the full amount and now leaving my review. Don't use this company. They are not reliable and will rip you off and not own up to their mistakes.
