+ -1 moreKathy Bost and Jessica Hanson provide excellent customer service. They went out of their way and stayed open after closing in order for me to pick up a spare house key when I locked myself out. Kathy waited for me for an hour as I sat in Friday night traffic! I would recommend this office if you are looking for a home and want to do business with people who really care.

+ -1 moreI've dealt with numerous property management companies over the years, and I've yet to encounter a PM company that matches RWP's organization and responsiveness. Prior to finding RWP, I was quite disenchanted with PM companies and had a very negative view due to consistently poor customer service. SATX PM companies, in particular, have all been very disappointing and frustrating experiences. RWP is a completely different story - I have been thoroughly impressed by their efficient and helpful business operations group and am thrilled with their attention and dedication. Our house had several issues upon move-in - some of which were oversights by their make-ready crew - but RWP responded to every single maintenance request that I made within the same business day and proactively fixed the issues and mistakes. RWP is simply the best SATX-area PM company I've ever interacted with, and quite frankly, it's not even close.
Description of Work: I am a tenant, and RWP manages the property that I rent.

Description of Work: They are currently my Property Management Co. They were very responsive before I signed the contract, after that I didn't hear from them. They made the decision on pricing my home home without consulting me andthen proceeproceeded to blame me bebecause they hadn't heard from me! No one contacted me, not the Director or their marketing person. They did go back and fix their error and I was able to get more for my |house. But this is supposed to be their job! At this point I won't use them again unless they turn things around.

We ended up not renting the one that they showed us, but she showed us a bunch of other people renting, and a house within 4 hours. The real estate had done a lot of research and had it all planned out like where we were going to go next. They were very efficient. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
