I have fun time working with Diana. She came up with different layout for our first floor which really helped the furniture flow better.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service and it went fine. She was kind of critical of the layout and construction of my house. There is nothing I could do about at so that was my only disappointment. Ultimately I did not use any of her suggestions and went with another designer. Only one person came out from this company to provide the service.

It went well. Diane is a lovely lady with the expertise to see things that one can't when living with all of it from day to day. She has a wealth of information in her networking in areas that she doesn't handle herself, but are needed to meet the needs of her clients.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal in anticipation of some remodeling we were preparing to do. We had some preliminary drawing from our architecht and thought it would be good to have an interior designer also take a look at our home and listen to our overall goal. I also didn't realize when hiring an architect that I would also need someone to help me choose materials and to pull everything together. The Angie's List Big deal was a wonderful opportunity to meet Diane and to get some feedback from a professional about our goals. Diane was very easy to work with. I liked her communication methods - even with something as simple as a contract for 1 hour of consulting. It's wonderful to lay expectations out in the beginning. She was able to make sure that I was prepared and that we could make the best use of our limited time. I absolutely loved Diane and especially her focus on meeting the customers goals and not on having a home with high-end designer furnishings (unless that is what you want). We will absolutely retain her for future services once our remodeling project swings into high gear.

I was hoping for a designer to give me suggestions on how to best incorporate some new furniture pieces recently inherited and to look at several rooms for suggestions on new looks. She was able to provide everything needed in a timely manner, answer all questions and give several suggestions on room flow.

The woman who came gave us feedback or suggestions for the redoing of our whole house. She was not pushy. She was respectful and understands what exactly I did want from her.

From the moment I greeted Diane at the door I knew we would work well together. She was cheerful and positive. Diane explained how her hour with me would go. ( I had forgotten the instructions Diane e-mailed to me to remove anything not furniture or lamps.) She is very non-judgmental and forgiving - she never once derided my attempts at decorating. She wanted to know what I liked and wanted in the room, not what my best friend or anyone else had suggested. By moving furniture and swapping with pieces from the family room, the living room got better balance and more a welcoming appeal and warmth. The room is so much better without all the stuff that was taken out of the room and the family room works better, too. The change is amazing. Diane gave me some suggestions on color choices and planning for someday selling the house when we need to downsize. I would definitely ask Diane to return if I need help with the rest of the house.

I contacted Diane who explained in detail the services to be performed. She was extremely pleasant and assured me that even though I knew nothing about design (I'm a total cave man) that I would end up with a beautiful home. Based on this conversation, I had extremely high expectations for our visit. When Diane arrived, she quickly surveyed my furniture and artwork, asked me all of the right questions to determine my personal tastes, and started working on a room-by-room plan. She is extremely decisive but is also an excellent listener. Diane is an "out-of-the-box" thinker. For example, she suggested that an interesting tribal rug move from the floor to the wall. Diane rearranged the existing furniture, then suggested additional pieces. She even suggested where I might find the "missing" pieces. Her written plans were very detailed (e.g., the style, color, finish, height, and width of lamps). She suggested two wall colors for each room, a first- and second- choice. I ended up picking the first choice in all but one room. I really like the colors at lot and they definitely reflect my tastes. The result of Diane's visit is that I now have a plan for a warm, inviting home. The written plan contains enough detail that I can now shop with complete confidence, something that had been a major problem for me before her visit. Another huge plus: when I find a piece, I can email her a pic or a web link for her opinion. Her email responses have always been timely, and she always adds something "extra" - a bit of insight that points me in the right direction or helps me with another buying decision. Even though I already had very high expectations, she definitely exceeded in all areas. I would not hesitate to recommend Diane to anyone needing design assistance.

I was looking into re-designing the kitchen. She gave me some good ideas for the kitchen but I have not done anything with them yet.

Diane was fabulous! In one hour she completely enabled me to take my home decor to a new level! Her suggestions were creative, and did not entail spending lots of money. In addition, by explaining what she was doing, she gave me the tools to continue the decorating process on my own. I would not hesitate to use her for future decorating needs, she is a gem.

I was just thrilled with the services that she provided. I will call her in a minute with any future projects. It was a special that I purchased. She was enthusiastic and she was on time. She really loves what she does. She had some wonderful ideas. She listened to everything I had to say about our everyday life style. She took that into consideration when rearranging the furniture in the rooms. It has been awesome. I wish I had called her years ago. She was very, very helpful. It radically changed our lives. She helped to get our home organized to fit our lifestyle. She helped our lives to be more comfortable. She made everything look pretty. It was very, very good. My husband and I were just thrilled. It was a very good experience. The price was reasonable because she helped me redesign 5 rooms for only $599 which was really a deal. I would recommend her to anybody. She saved me thousands of dollars.

Dianne arrived less than 5 minutes late even though she had already called and told me she was delayed in traffic through downtown construction. She said she had sent me an email but I didn't find it in my regular nor my junk file, so I'm not sure if she had the correct address, but it was to have explained what to expect. I thought I would probably get a floorplan design back showing suggested layout and suggested furniture and end tables, etc. Instead, she told us where to look online (she got the website up on the computer for us) showed us the suggested chairs, told us where to place them, and then mailed us back paint chips for the suggested wall color. I guess what I thought I'd get is what I've seen designers do on TV shows where they present a floorplan and have pictures of suggested window coverings, furniture, upholstery suggestions, etc. arranged around the plan. Oh well, I guess this isn't HGTV, huh??? :0). Overall, I'd probably hire her again when I finish the bedroom renovation (changing the closet to walk-in) for color suggestions, etc. I thought she had a good rapport and listened to all that we wanted and made valuable suggestions.

Diane took the time to understand my needs and helped me pick wall paint colors for several rooms in the house. She also helped with a few design ideas I had.

We spent the hour going over three rooms instead of just one, since my downstairs is very open flow. We discussed my primary use for the rooms. We talked about furniture layout and moved around a lot of my existing furniture. We also looked through magazines and she gave me good ideas for additional pieces to add, as well as appropriate style and scale. I took notes and have implemented many of her ideas. I would definitely use her in the future for any design needs I may have.

Communication was excellent and everything went very well!

Whenever I was in town, she was booked. I was never able to work anything out.

It was fabulous! She was very specific about what was recommended to put our house up for sale. Her ideas were practical. She literally went through the entire house which was extremely helpful. She talked about placement of furniture to make rooms look bigger. She suggested paint colors & sent me samples of those colors within a week. She even talked about the front of the house – the porch, etc.

Diane was very prompt on returning my phone call and answering my questions. From the beginning, I got a sense that she will be able to provide me with a functional room. I had already worked with a decorated previously and was frustrated with the push to use 'her suppliers' in order for her to get a commission. Diane's approach is a flat fee for her services so she recommends what best meets your needs not her suppliers. The moment she walked into the family room she immediately diagnoses what was making me so frustrated and started moving the furniture to a complete different configuration that a previous decorator and a previous designer had never suggested. What a difference!!!! The room immediately felt balanced and open. The only problem was that it also feels bigger so I needed more furniture for the new found space! She provided me with a shopping list and a specific color recommendations for the walls. I was so happy by the change in the room just by relocating the furniture to the proper place that I asked her to do personal shopping with me. Based on my taste, she choose the right store and in just over one hours, I had 90% of the furniture and accessories that I needed. Everybody has commented on how much better my family room feels and I have not even gotten the new items yet!

It went really well. Afterward she sent some web links pointing to fixtures she thought would work well for us. She listened well to what we were interested in and worked that into her recommendations.
