Ready Set Redesign

Diane was very professional and helpful with her explanation of services available. If I do decide to work with a designer in the near future, she will be first on my list.

Their service was excellent. Dianne was very professional, knowledgeable, and exceeded all expectations that I had. I definitely would recommend her.

Diana was prompt and very professional. She did a wonderful job of listening to what I wanted and understanding my style then making practical suggestions for changes I could make on my own. I felt NO pressure to engage her for additional work or to have any services performed through her and this actually made me much more interested in and willing to use her services in the future. I did not have her perform any work, but she did give her service prices for shopping or additional consultation hours. I ultimately used a few of her suggestions but not all - an hour was perhaps a bit short for all of the questions I had, but she was still quite efficient - but I would certainly recommend her services and I would gladly work with her again! I have a very contemporary/modern style, but not a modern budget, and she knew how to make recommendations that fit that preference, even though it isn't too prevalent here in the Columbus area. Great service and a great Big Deal purchase!

It was ok. She was nice. She had good ideas. It was nice to have a neutral side. It would have been nice if she could do the makeover.

Diane was awesome and her expertise and ideas are well worth the price. She gave us ideas for our empty house to include the kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom, and an additional room. Even though it was not part of the deal, she helped us with a few extra design and decoration deals too. I would highly recommend her for anyone!

Diane was an answer to my prayer. She was professional and extremely knowledgable. Her suggestions and recommendations transformed my home and my attitude about my home. Several days after our 7 hours of consultation, which included moving furniture around, my daughter and family visitors raved about the changes we had made using our existing furniture, accessories and collections. Our house now has many designer touches. The money we saved is incredible because of her suggestions. When Diane left my house, I knew exactly what I needed to do to complete the redesign of each of my rooms because she left me with a design plan for each room. Needless to say, both my husband and I were very pleased with Diane's services. This was a great day with a great designer!

This experience far exceeded our expectations. Diane is a joy to work with. She arrived on time and took all of our concerns into consideration while fromulating a plan for the day. We never felt rushed and she took all the time needed to complete the job to our specifications. She was able to use many of our existing pieces and we felt no pressure to purchase expensive new furtniture, although I have no doubt that Diane could have recommended great furniture if the house had been empty!! While it is true that Diane does not purchase decorations or furniture for you, she gives you enough gudance that you know where to go and what to get. At the end of the visit, she went over everything and wrote it down in detail so the we could execute the plan we came up with easily. Finally, what's probably most important is that Diane is a delightful person. We were a little nervous about having a complete stranger in our house for an entire day. What if we didn't get along? I feel confident that Diane would make almost anyone comfortable. She is warm, personable, and easy to work with. It felt like a family member had come over to help us decorate. We paid her extra just because we thought she deserved more than her fee. We reccomend her highly and without ANY reservation.

Diane's work was excellent. She was very helpful and I loved her presence. It was nice to have a woman around in a house full of men doing our remodel.

Oh my goodness. I have to admit it was one of the best days I have spent in a long time. Diane is a wonderful woman to work with; she indeed did leave her own preferences at the door and solely focused on my needs and wants. It did not take long for me to feel comfortable enough with her to tell her what I really liked and wanted but even more importantly than that, what I didn’t' like. We spent all day, and I mean all day, working on 5 rooms. The first 3 hours were spent on her getting to know my likes/dislikes, what would I change/leave the same, trouble spots, use of each room, what had to stay, go, or be repurposed. And, we moved the furniture around in one room that was really bugging me. It made such a huge difference that it confirmed that I had the right person for the job. Then we broke for lunch and spent the rest of the afternoon searching the internet for ideas, furniture, rugs and accessories all the while Diane was also busy working on the designs. By the time Diane left, I had designs and layouts (floor to ceiling and everything in between) for all 5 rooms including where to shop to get the biggest bang for the buck. The basics, Diana arrived right on time. She is very professional and upbeat. She made this process fun and kept me from being overwhelmed and paralyzed when it came time to make decisions. She is worth every penny and many many more. I will definitely be keeping in touch with her through my implementation of her designs.

We simply discussed possible design ideas. It was really nothing but brainstorming.

We are looking to redesign one bedroom and a family room. We have been working with Kim. She has been very responsive. She provided us with physical designs. We do feel that we will follow through with her interior design plans.

That was wonderful. It was extremely cool. What I got for 59 Dollars was incredible. She left a folder with things about her. I told her I was considering doing a room upstairs, and she drew for me a little design with suggestions. I would definitely use her again.

We are downsizing from a house in the suburbs to a brownstone near downtown. Our problem: while we have (essentially) the same amount of space/square footage, we have fewer rooms. What to do with all our furniture? In addition, our "empty-nester" lifestyle is different. How do we both convey and accommodate that in our home. Finally, my husband and I have slightly competing preferences when it comes to decorating. He professes a clean, uncluttered look while I love to display my books and photos. Diane did a terrific job pulling together a plan for our new home. We know what needs to be done, and we have a plan for prioritizing our purchases. We have a specific list of furniture to move -- and where it will be placed in our new home -- and we have a specific list of which furniture to donate. This eliminates the cost and hassle of moving unneeded furniture. We have a specific list, including style, color and size, of what furniture we need to purchase to fill in the gaps. This eliminates wasteful trial-by-error purchases. Most importantly, Diane adroitly guided us through the process so our (somewhat) competing philosophies were addressed. My husband and I both feel really good about what's ahead of us. We look forward to getting in our new home and putting the plan Diane provided into action!!

I was given good ideas that I will take into consideration when I'm ready to start the project. She also took some time to offer ideas for my living room. I was pleased with the service.

They worked on the living room, family room, kitchen, and bedroom. They were very accomodating & considerate. They met our needs and she was great.

Our experience with her was fine. I was satisfied with her. I used her before about five or six years ago for color consulting also. I liked that she had practical information and it was useable as far as cost, colors, and stuff like that are concerned. It was usable information to make decisions to move forward as far as redecorating type things are concerned. She did a good job. The price was quite good with the big deal. She showed up at the agreed upon time. That was very helpful. She knew what she was doing. I would not hesitate to use her services again in the future.

That went good. She came out and went through my house and gave me some really good ideas. She was very efficient and very professional. She comes into peoples homes and tells them how to use their existing furniture. I would use her again.

My house needed a sensitive eye and I had become completely paralyzed. Diane cut through my indecision with ideas, care, and inventiveness, and started me stirring. We needed to go further and didn't because of my own personal problems (not hers), but I do intend, at some time, to continue.

Everything turned out well with the service. The lady that came out was very accommodating and nice to work with.

The service went okay. She gave us good ideas. She was very professional and offered quite few good ideas. My wife was interested because we were wanting to paint the interior of our house. The price was good because it was a special.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. The person who came out was knowledgeable. I did not have a lot of the things in writing so when I have gone back to think about what she said I don't remember some of the things she said because it has been a couple of years ago. It was a young woman who come out and she obviously was a designer. She told me what to do. Some of the things she said were not things I could do because they did not work for the smaller size of my house. I think she was based in Columbus, so she came up here when she had some other appointments, which was fine with me.

She gave us some good ideas to work with. Scheduling went well and she was able to come out to our home shortly after I had purchased the deal. She showed up looking very professional. She sent us some samples and swatches in the mail for color ideas. It was all very helpful and I felt we got a good deal.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went fine. We ended up asking a lot of questions and we got the feedback so it was beneficial for us. It didn't seem to be a really structured meeting, it was more like asking questions and trying to get the ideas from the person that came out. There were no extra charges.

It went okay. I don't think I over paid because I got it through the deal but I don't think if I paid the full price for her service...that I would have been happy with the quality or interaction. As long as I have a discount...it's okay, at least just to see what she has to say and what her thoughts about it. I don't think I got the actual value of what it is supposed to be. She worked with me to come to my home to access everything. However, I didn't feel she brought a lot of fresh ideas as far as what to do with the space.

Overall a positive experience. She recommended we rearrange some furniture. Our dining room functions much better now based on her recommendation.
