Best Price Owner came out to quote, the other companies quoted over the phone. Work was excellent quality with no additional change orders. When work was complete Owner came out the following day and inspected for quality of installation and made certain all debris from workers were picked up. If you are reading this trying to make a choice of which Roofer- this company has my recommendation.

he came and looked at the roof and did not find a problem with it. But he did find a large pile of leaves behind the chimney and around the supports for the conduit from my solar panels. He said that that all the piles of leaves may have blocked the water from flowing down and that it then ran to the side and got under the tiles from the sided which caused the leak. He also went beyond looking at the roof and used a leave blower and his hands to clean off the roof and blow out my gutters. After doing all this he said that if this was not the problem call him and he would come back & find and fix the cause. All this for no charge! Michael Bailey was great to work with. He provided a free estimate. Did not try to sell me unrealistic product warranties. He understood when I needed to get other quotes. I chose him because of his professionalism, honest approach, very competitive cost, customer service, and his willingness to not only supervise the work, but also get on the roof and lead/assist his crew. Mike and his crew showed up on time and completed the work in the timeframe he quoted. Minor rotted wood and ant problems were photographed and communicated to me immediately, allowing us to remedy the problems. I asked for a couple extra things not originally quoted. Mike was quick to take care of them as well. He went back the following day to double check that everything was complete and the work area was clean. The tenant even commented that they did a really good job. In Summary: Quality job, Great communication, Stands for his work and his crew. Definitely recommend.
