 + -1 moreWhen I spoke to the manager I asked him what he was going to do about my missing washer and dryer and he said there was nothing they could do about it. I told him that tha was steeling and he hung up on me. I called back and of course it went straight to voice mail. This is bad bussiness practice I would not recommend this business to anyone. I purchased from them to suport local business and instead they took my washer and dryer. I do not know how this company in good conscience could just steal my things. Like I said before I am a single mom I work hard for the things that I have I needed a dryer and though I was getting a good deal with the trade in and know I dont have anything. before atleast my washer was functioning and I could take care of my familys basic needs and becasue of this company I no longer have my washer and dryer even through by law I am entitled to my full refund.....I dont believe people should get away with this, I am a patriot, I am a veteran, I am aware of my rights and I plan on using to the full extent of the law.
Description of Work: I've had a horrid time with these people do not purchase from them.I found them on Craig's list. I bought a washer and drier from them they offered to take my old still working washer and non heatin drier for a discount. The first washer and drier did not work well on the second day they replaced it with another washer and drier. That washer they gave me flooded my entire kitchen floor!! When I asked for a refund they refused stating they said no refunds. However by federal law you are entitled to a refund for purchases of over 25 $ and 7 days if the product is no good. I reminded them of this law and then they decided to refund me however when I asked for my washer and dryer the man said they had scrapped it. They just kept my stuff!! I'm legally entitled to a full return wich they did not do. I'm a single mom with 3 kids 1 is special needs child and these people took the little bit I had... before atleast I had a working washer that I could wash with. Now I have nothing. I've already gone to the police and I have all the text messeges I need to build my case. What they are doing is against the law.
