Phenomenal craftsmanship and skill. Considered Traeger but they only provided a competitive quote after I challenged them on pricing. Initially was $25K (yes, $25,000â ¦.3x!) over the Ramirez quote. Alfredo Ramirez did an awesome job and knows what heâ  s doing (Traeger didnâ  t seem to be nearly as knowledgeable).
