RAIN CATCHERS SEAMLESS GUTTERS

I cannot state how much Rain Catchers actually charged for performing their work because they were subcontracted by a different company. My experience with Rain Catchers was horrible! First, as mentioned in other reviews, Justin is extremely difficult to contact. Second, towards the end of the project, I was told they had run out of the correct color material and I was asked if they could use a different color gutter and have it painted. I told them that was unacceptable because the finish would not last as long. It took a long time for them to finally install the missing section. Some time later, when someone else was giving me an estimate for other work, he pointed out a downspout that had been painted to match the rest of the material. Third, when it became apparent, one of the sections was not replaced properly, Rain Catchers failed to respond to multiple attempts by the contractor and me repeatedly to get a hold of them. The contractor finally had to hire a different gutter company to complete the work. After it was all over, I have had continuous problems in two areas with rainwater finding its way behind the fascia board. I had the roofer who had replaced some rotted decking at those areas come back out to see if the problem was with his work. He checked it out and made certain everything was sealed properly. Because he doesn't do gutters, he could not comment on the gutters, although he suspected they were at fault.

We were happy with the job done with the first installment, although one downspout does not drain any water. I was going to have Justin address this upon his return to install the remainder of the gutters. I called Justin about 2 weeks ago and asked him to come to my home to give me an estimate of the cost for the remaining gutters. We made an appointment for last Wednesday, but he didn't show. I followed up with a couple phone messages for him to call me, but he hasn't returned my calls. I have moved on to getting estimates from some other highly rated Angie's List contractors, and will use one of them.
