Description of Work: The air conditioning drain in our small business backed up and leaked on our carpet--on a Saturday night. I called Quarter Moon on Sunday and left a message, as they advertised that there was no extra charge for coming out on a weekend. They returned my call within an hour and came out within the next two hours. There was also a leaky hose on a bathroom commode and two dripping bathroom faucets. They unclogged the AC drain and fixed the commode. They did quality work, cleaned up well, and charged me $150, which I thought was reasonable. Larry told me that he would return the following day to fix the faucets, as he needed to buy parts and the store wasn't open on a Sunday. The following day, Larry called promptly at 8 and said they would stop by in about an hour. He called me from the parts store to tell me that they would have to replace the entire cold water faucets, as the parts weren't available (I knew this from a previous plumber--the plumbing in our building is pretty old.) He told me the price for new faucets, and I okayed it. They arrived shortly thereafter and did the work quickly and beautifully and cleaned up nicely afterward. The charge was $250--including parts--which I thought was reasonable. Larry and Brian were polite and efficient and did quality work. I really appreciated them coming out on Sunday for no extra charge. I will definitely call them again whenever we need work done.

Description of Work: 1:00 in the morning, I heard water running in my back yard. After identifying the problem and unsuccessfully attempting to turn off water at a valve, I called Quarter Moon. The Tech on call was patient and tried to talk me through turning off the water to the sprinkler system. When this didn't work, he and another Tech came to my home at 2:30 a.m. and fixed the problem. They were so helpful and professional after being awakened at 2:00 a.m. I wrote a check and spoke to them again on Monday morning. About 2 weeks later, I received a check back in the mail for 1/2 the fee because they felt that it had taken less time then I was charged for. What a pleasant surprise! The entire experience was great and I have used them again.

Description of Work: VERY professional!!!! What should have taken three days took two. They were about four times less expensive than the other bid. I highly recommend!
