I had a leak in the wall. The team was worried I had a slab leak. I was sure I was in for big bucks. When they cut open the wall, the found a small leak in a pipe. It was $2 for the part and labor. They vacuumed out the water and finished up. They were professional and courteous.

Yard had flooded so water was off. They came out right away and fixed the issue in a few hours. Even the inspector that came out to inspect the overflow tank said I got a good deal.

The plumber arrived on time and preformed his job professionally. He had his little booties which he religiously put over his shoes before entering our home. The details of the visit are above.

Price i am not sure because i used insurance. They were very punctual, they did a good job, they explained everything they were doing, any issues we were having we put them on our backs, and they wrote a very nice report that was submitted to the insurance company.We had a plumbing leak and they found out where the leak was. I asked another company to do a proposal and the other company was cheaper. They are clean and professional.

My garbage disposal just up and quit working one day. I called Quarter Moon Plumbing and starting off with the lady that answered the phone, they were very professional and polite. She told me she could have someone there the next day and they arrived when she said they would, they replaced the disposal and cleaned up the mess. Great bunch to do business with. I will definately use them again.

I was sure the job was going to cost hundreds of dollars. But I was wrong. These guys are great and honest.

I called on 3-31-14 and set up an appt for the next day, but my device sprung a leak and I had to shut the main water off to the house. I called them back and within 90 mins they were able to come over and replace the unit. They were here a little over an hour and everything is good to go. Great service and will use again if necessary.

Fantastic! They were on-time, quick, and knew exactly what to do. We had called the plumbing company out that did the install and they couldn't find the problem. Excellent job!

I used Quarter Moon Plumbing of San Antonio to help resolve a water leak. The company was very responsive and provided excellent service in both detecting the leak and capping off the system (phase 1 - which I reviewed previously) and in re-routing the new line (phase 2- this review). I thought that the cost of phase 1 was reasonable at $95 an hour plus parts. The plumber told me it would take 6-8 hours to run the new line. Quarter Moon provided a written estimate of $1127 of which $808 was labor. However, when the work was completed it took less than 4 hours and I will still charged the full $808 in labor!!! YIKES!!! Since I signed the "proposal" before work started I doubt there is any recourse...but it never occurred to me that I would be charged the total amount if the work took half the time! I will admit I feel "robbed" and although the work was professional, the plumbers proficient, given the final experience I would really think twice about using Quarter Moon again.

AWESOME -- I contacted their office at 9:30, the master plumber and helper showed at 2:30. I was told between 2 and 5. Dispatch called at 2:15 to let me know they were enroute. Quickly picked up where another plumber left off and identified what needed to be done. Kept me apprised of what they were doing and why they were doing it. Very judicious in cutting holes in walls, etc. Instead of trying to fix the leak goodness knows where in the slab, they terminated the line to the bathroom sink allowing the rest of the house to access hot water. This entailed soldering new copper in tight spots. Very attentive to clean up and even affixed the wall board in the kitchen back to the wall before leaving! They were done in under 3 hours and I could use my shower and other bathroom sink...woohooo! Price was soo reasonable compared to the last plumber who was local. NO trip charge. Pro-rated the hour of work by 15 minute increments. Hourly rate was cheaper than the local folks by 25%. They do charge 15 minutes on the clock while enroute but still a bargain. Waiting to hear what it will cost to re-route the line to the sink, but I fully suspect I will go with them. Great service, very professional. A pleasure to work with. 5*****

These gentlemen took no time at all to unplug the toilet. The tank of the toilet that and quot;ranand quot; was actually not properly attached causing it to tilt, creating the continual and quot;runningand quot; was repaired, and for good measure, the flapper was replaced. The leaking bathroom sink fixture took no time at all to repair. The leak in the hot water side of the kitchen sink required a part which was unusual and not one ordinarily carried on the truck. (The sink fixtures were a special order and installed some years ago. Neither of these gentlemen who had years of experience had seen a fixture like the one in the sink.) They had to drive to a completely different area of San Antonio to get the part, but they did not charge me for driving time. It was repaired in less than five minutes with the proper part. They were both nice and professional and answered all of my questions. I have always used Quarter Moon for my plumbing needs since my husband, a plumber, passed away, and I will continue to do so and to recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber!

This was Kevin's second attempt to find the source of a sewer-like odor that would intermittently foul the air in the hallway of the guest bathroom. On the first try, he did not get to actually smell the odor, but he pulled the toilet up and found the wax ring in need of repair. At my request, he changed the other two wax rings as well. He also ran a camera down the main vent from the attic and through the sewer line . All was clear, so we thought we had the problem licked. But the smell came back. So on this visit he put smoke in the sewer line, as a last ditch diagnostic effort, and was rewarded with an attic and then hallway full of smoke! That's when he discovered that a wet bar drain had been installed behind the living room wall back in 1984 when the house was built. At some point, the little piece of plastic covering the drain had rotted out, allowing city sewer gas to enter the wall, go up an un-hooked water pipe into the attic, and get sucked up into the A/C system. He and Zach had to open the sheetrock in the linen closet , crawl into the wall between the studs with a drill, and permanently cap the drain. They also had to cap the useless water line. Smell---gone at last! This company has been to my new home several times for various things, and they are really awesome: punctual, professional, patient, efficient, and amazingly tidy. Their office is courteous and efficient, and I believe their fees to be fair for the work rendered. I'd never use anyone else for my plumbing needs.

On Friday night the sewer backed up into my house - I walked onto a floor covered in water in the bedroom, figured out what had happened and ran outside to open the outflow pipe. Called Quarter Moon plumbing - they came about an hour or so later. The plumber ran the plumbing snake down the pipe, cleared it part way, then said he was done for the night and had been on his way home when I called. Said he didn't have a camera on his truck, so someone would come back on Monday and finish clearing/run the camera at no extra charge. He took my debit card number and said to leave the outflow pipe open. I waited all day Monday (I was there with the restoration guys who were cutting out sheetrock) thinking Quarter Moon was going to honor their word, and Quarter Moon never called/never showed up to complete the $180 job they were paid for. They sure were quick to process their payment, though. Not a company I'd recommend based on my experience.

True professionals in every sense of the word. Always arrived on time, always knew what they were doing. Very cordial. Took time to explain what was happening. Project completed in a week. Followed up afterward to see if everything was OK. Its been a year and no problems. Extremely satisfied. Would definitely use again.

I had isolated the leaking pipe in a bathroom wall, so all I needed them to do was sweat on a union fitting over the hole. He made it look easy.

Excellent. Plumbers replaced broken parts another company said were not replaceable and beat the other's estimate by $350. A/C confirmed other A/C company's findings and replaced parts for $230 less than other A/C company. Both A/C and plumbers were on time, able to come within two days. They were kind, smart, clean and friendly. Leak on water main was repaired as emergency and they arrived within 3 hours and had the work completed within 1 hour. We are 100% satisfied, Quarter Moon is our new plumbing and A/C company.
