Their work was satisfactory and I had no complaints. My insurance company hired them so they came highly recommended.

Their work was very efficient and thorough. Took less than an hour to unclog the pipe. Very satisfied.

Our AC was working overtime to keep the correct temperature. We had another company come out, which we have a membership with. They told us we had all kinds of "possible" problems with our AC unit and wanted to charge us over $600 to fix it. Also learned that our "silver membership" didn't cover such "problems". We said no thank you and called Quarter Moon, who had fixed several of our plumbing issues and we were very satisfied with their work. Kenny and Alfredo came out and serviced our unit, said if we have any other issues to call and they'll come out and do a test for leaks. We haven't had any problems since, even during the 100+ degree weather. If you want salesmen with lots of fancy patches on their uniform, call another company. If you want professional, honest, and quality work done, I highly recommend Quarter Moon Plumbing AC & Heating.

It went very well. They provided a detailed report for the estimate for the repair of the sewer line. I really appreciated the technician showing me on the camera the damage and cracks in the sewer line associated with the cost of repair.

I found a leak from an overflow drain and suspected it could be from one of my water heaters. I also thought my warranty had expired. We made an appointment with Quarter Moon, but they were already booked for the morning. Then they called and asked if they could come over at Noon. They were prompt and quickly found the leak which was from the main water heater, not the one I suspected. They notified us that it was still under warranty and replaced it the same afternoon. They also checked the other heater and found it to be okay, and still under warranty as well. The lead plumber was Dale Louder. He was courteous, professional, friendly and efficient. I would hire them again in a second if I needed a plumber. The owner called us the following day to check on our satisfaction and to inform us that we would be getting a city inspection.

We had a pipe that was leaking outside our house and they dug it up it was leaking at the joint and they replaced the pvc joint. They put the dirt and rocks back in place, Did an excellent job.

We had a stubborn leak under the kitchen sink that just wouldn't stop. I called Quarter Moon Plumbing first thing Monday morning to see when they could get out. While they said they had a full day already scheduled out, they would work us in but in may be between 4-7pm before someone could get here. They called at 230pm and said they had a plumber available in the area if he could come on out, which he did. Dale and Marcos showed up within 20 minutes and went right to work. It didn't take them long to get all the plumbing replaced and working correctly to get rid of that leak. I asked Dale if he would have time to change out some handles in the master bathroom and he said they'd make time. Dale and Marcos replaced all the fixtures in the stand-alone shower as well as the tub with some I had already bought. They really did a bang-up job, were both very professional and courteous and took the time to clean up the areas when they were done. I will definitely be saving their number for any future plumbing needs.

Once again, the service was great. I've used them twice in the past, but tried hiring 3 other companies because of their special deals. I didn't get any response from two and the one who did respond cancelled on me twice. So I contacted Quarter Moon and they responded quickly, showed up on time, and provided great service. The technician, Aldo, works hard and is thorough. I purchased a yearly maintenance agreement.

Very professional and punctual. I thought they would have to go through the foundation meaning a high ticket item. Instead he was very efficient and knowledgeable and came up with the (cheaper) alternative right away. I will definitely use them again and tell my friends about them.

Service man and helper was punctual and friendly. After gasket and handle were replaced the toilet was not flushing as well as it should have. House was built in 1978 and worker said he was not that experienced with American Standard toilets. After a couple of weeks and the toilet was still not flushing properly I called and ask that another service man take a look a the problem. The second service man was able to correct the problem and now the toilet works like new. Very pleased how this company handled the situation. Professional and courteous. Will definitely call Quarter Moon for plumbing repairs in the future.

The job cost me around $1200 - it included the cost of the toilets. They're the best plumbers in town. They're very responsive. They work with the customer. They allowed me to choose the toilets that I wanted. They worked with me through that process. They got them in for me. The rough-in on the first toilet that I purchased was wrong. So they didn't fit it. They took them back with no questions asked and ordered new one for me. They're just really easy to work with. Their guys are always on time and clean up behind themselves. They're just a great company. They are my plumbers from here on out.

They are very prompt, and they did a good job. There was a problem, and they came back right away and fix it or discuss it with me. They are great. I would definitely recommend them. They are clean. The price was very reasonable. Anything that they give me a bid, they definitely keep within the bid. I have already used them three times.

Been using Quarter Moon exclusively for plumbing and HVAC since 2013. I don't mind calling them since I'm confident they can handle whatever it is I need for the house.

We were very pleased with Quarter Moon's service. I called at 9am, and they had two plumbers out to my house at 2:15pm that day. They were very efficient and had my kitchen faucet replaced within 30 minutes. They also had time to diagnose the reason I wasn't getting hot water in the bathroom and correct it (involved turning a knob). Because there was time left before the hour was up, I also asked them to inspect a defective drain stopper in my secondary bathroom and they made a recommendation on how to correct the problem. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of work, their efficiency, professionalism and price. Everything took just under an hour. Each hour is $99 (plus a $6 trip charge). We will be calling them back!

Seth and Brian were an excellent team. The cabinet sink and plumbing installation for the powder room was not an easy job. They were exceptionally professional, conscientious, and considerate. Both Seth and Brian are excellent Quarter Moon Plumbing representatives. We would certainly call Quarter Moon the next time our home has a plumbing job, and we would definitely recommend Quarter Moon to others.

Seth and Brian arrived on time and were very kind and professional. They worked very diligently to remove an old shower head arm that my husband and I could not budge. After a lot of patience and elbow grease, Seth managed to get the part off and replaced it with our new one. It looks great, and we were very pleased with their great customer service. Called the company to speak to someone about ordering a part for me and needed an idea about the price of the part and what they would charge to install. Got an answering service and found out they don't have people in an office. The phone person gets your name and address and sends someone out for an estimate. That's fine and good if you have a plumbing problem, but my issue was just a simple part on the air conditioning that I could install myself. Never could talk to anyone, and did not need someone out to my house to waste his time and mine. Being new in town, I had never called a company where you could not speak to anyone on the phone! Phone ladies were doing what they were told I guess, but that's sure no way to run a business. Not everything is black and white and not every situation requires someone to appear at your house. Sometimes you just need to engage someone on the phone to determine whether you need help or not and whether they supply the kind of help you need.

On the first day on Monday morning after the water heater was examined by the service attendant, we could see the corrosion and damage that hard water had done to the unit, plus one of the elements was no longer working, so we decided to have the water heater replaced. The water heater was replaced with a Rheem water heater. All seemed good, but the water never heated up past barely luke warm. We called and two other service attendants came by to check the water heater again in the afternoon. A loose connection was found and believed to be the problem. Once again we waited an hour for hot water. Again the water was barely luke warm. We called a third time in the evening. The service attendant said the controller and elements seemed not to be working properly and not warming the water as it should. He said he would mention this first thing Tuesday morning and we would receive a call about replacement. Tuesday morning after not receiving a call by 10:00 AM, I called. It was very disappointing to me that no one had yet contacted me. First I was told that an electrician would need to come out to make sure that the electrical current to the water heater was working properly. Then 5 minutes after our conversation, Quarter Moon called to say that the 2 service attendants that checked the unit on Monday in the afternoon would come by and remove the new Rheem water heater and take it back to the supplier and exchange it for another new water heater. It took a few hours for this to to be completed. The second new water heater was also not warming the water as it should. Quarter Moon suggested an electrician be called. I called an electrician from Lowry Electrical in to check. The electrician quickly found the problem, a bad breaker. The new hot water seems to be working fine now. I have been very satisfied with past services provided by Quarter Moon plumbing . This time I was disappointed in the lack of follow up Tuesday morning. All of the service attendants were polite, courteous and hard workers. In spite of my disappointment with responsiveness I would most likely use this provider again.
