Description of Work: Had a leak in upstairs bathtub that they repaired by tightening the overflow valve. A couple months later the same leak occurred and had a different company out who repaired the diverter for the shower and have never had another problem so far.

Description of Work: Had a hot water slab leak. They explored different areas of the house to find connections to reroute the hot water up and over the ceiling. Had to cut out the dry wall to do that. Placed new piping in the attic. I am satisfied with the work except that the final price was more than originally discussed.

Description of Work: Replaced a broken/ burst pipe. They went the extra mile! Made sure that everything was in order. I called right before close of business, and I did NOT get charged after hours. Even tho the crew showed up at my home well after. They fixed it just right and it hasn't given me any trouble.

Description of Work: Removed a clog in toilet which necessitated removing the toilet from seal. Very neat and tried to auger first prior to removing toilet.

Description of Work: Overall, I was very pleased with the services that Quarter Moon provided. They were proffesional and courteous from the initial phone call to the final payment of the bill with one exception. We had our sidewalk torn out to replace a drainage line in the front of our house. The trenching and the plumbing work went better than expected. What dissapointed me was the with the sidewalk that was replaced. It is uneven and has a two inch drop from one side to the other. It is not level as I would have expected it to be. I also believe that this work was subcontracted out. If it weren't for that, I would not have enough good things to say about them. I will strongly consider using them again, but maybe be more specific with my expectaions of the job.

Description of Work: We had Quarter Moon repair a leak in our main water supply line in the front yard. The leak seemed to be directly under a well-established bush & I had nightmares of backhoes & dead hedges. Instead, the arrived very quickly due to a cancellation in their schedule & repaired everything with only light bush trimming. Total cost was about $360. They did a great job of filling the hole & leveling the mulch. We also had them estimate some elective plumbing updates in the home. They patiently explained everything to us & have a very reasonable estimate.

Description of Work: Plumber responded promptly to repair broken water pipe in wall between master bedroom and master bath. Quickly identified the problem, exposed the pipe with minimum damage to walls, repaired the pipe in a matter of minutes and cleaned up after. Crew was extremely efficient and professional. Wasted no time and were pleasant to work with. Will use again without reservation. Price was right.
