Their service was quite expensive because the work they had to do was expensive. They hire very experienced people. He said that he would be here within the hour and he was here. He was supposed to be here at 10:00 and he got here at 9:45.

Description of Work: They trenched underneath my pier and beam home, and replaced the bathtub drain. They actually fixed more and did not have to. These folks will be the only ones I ever call if I need plumbing work done.

+ -1 moreWe liked him very much. They were punctual and the cost was reasonable. They just for what they did exactly not more. When had an emergency and they came out and did a temporary fix. They came back to permanently fix it.
Description of Work: We had our shower drain replaced. They also did an outside job installed a water pressure regulator.

Description of Work: They put in a new hot water heater, and drilled a hole in the wall where I had problems with the bathtub (the water kept dripping and the shower head wouldn't work).

+ -1 moreThe two gentlemen who came took their time to examine the problem and to make sure that all leaks had been identified. They fixed the leak promptly, showed me what they had done and left everything in top shape for construction to come and repair the ceiling.
Description of Work: I had a toilet leaking into my ceiling and causing the kitchen ceiling to fall. My insurance had Quarter Moon come and look at the problem to fix it.

+ -1 moreAnother plumber from the firm came and stopped the outside leaks in 15 minutes. This subsequent inside leak occurred two months later secondary to his poor workmanship.
Description of Work: Changed two outside faucets. Took whole day. Faucets leaked after. Firm charged $1000 for job, price negotiated down as plumber obviously had no clue as to what he was doing. The time taken for the job was hours longer than was reasonable. One of the faucets has now leaked into the house causing extensive damage to carpets and furniture.

+ -1 moreI HAD CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY BEFORE THEM AND THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T GET TO MY LEAK FOR 3 DAYS. WHEN I CALLED QUARTER MOON THEY WERE OUT QUICKLY AND THEY WERE VERY INEXPENSIVE(ESPECIALLY FOR A PLUMBING ISSUE) I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!
Description of Work: WE HAD A PINHOLE LEAK IN A PIPE AND IT WAS SOAKING THE WALL IN OUR LIVING ROOM. STATE FARM RECOMMENDED A COUPLE OF COMPANIES, I CALLED THEM AND THEY WERE OUT WITHIN THE DAY AND REPAIRED THE PIPE AS WELL AS PUT WATER SHUT OFF UNIT OUTSIDE(FOR AN EXTRA $2, WHICH WAS THE COST OF THE PART HE HAD TO USE. THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR THE LABOR.

+ -1 moreQUARTER MOON PLUMBING SUCKS! THEY ORIGINALLY PLUMBED MY HOUSE UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME. THEY WERE CALLED ON SERVERAL OCCASSIONS TO FIND THE LEAK. THEY NEVER DID. WHEN IT GOT BAD, THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. I HAD ANOTHER PLUMBER FIND AND FIX THE LEAK IN A COUPLE OF HOURS.
Description of Work: QUARTER MOON PLUMBING WAS CALLED TO MY HOUSE TO INVESTIGATE A GAS SMELL THAT WE HAD SINCE THE HOUSE WAS BUILT.

+ 0 moreTWO MEN CAME FOR THIS REPAIR, AND THEY WERE BOTH VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM IN DETAIL TO ME, AND WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS SINCE! THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME.
Description of Work: WE HAD A LEAK IN OUR FRONT YARD, AND THEY DUG UP AND REPAIRED A PVC PIPE FOR THE HOUSE WATER SUPPLY. THEY ALSO TESTED THE HOUSE WATER PRESSURE AND FOUND IT TO BE IN EXCESS OF THE RECOMMENDED AMOUNT. THEY WORKED A TOTAL OF ABOUT 1 1/2 HOURS ON THE JOB.
