Spoke with Jacob on the phone he sent the team. They came on time showed me pictures before and after very professional, definitely going to use them again!

Joseph came with the rest of the team to perform air duct cleaning and chimney cleanings. Gave his personal recommendations of what to do and what we shouldn't do, ended up changing what we were having performed and saved a decent bit of money by not spending on extra services that weren't necessary. If you want honest hard working people doing your chimney cleaning, then Professional Air Duct Cleaning is who you want. After cleaning the chimney stack, I was informed that the ceramic floor to my fireplace was cracked and compromised that could lead to an unwanted disaster. They replaced the floor for a fair price. After the installation of the floor, I notice the floor wasn’t exactly level. No problem, they removed the floor and made adjustments. Lastly, they installed a new gas fire log system which relieved me from having to do it myself just before Christmas - at no extra charge. Overall, it was a very positive customer experience, which I believe we all want.

I had the dryer vent cleaned as well as the vent replaced as it had deteriorated. Ray was very efficient and showed me pictures of the condition of the system. Scheduling was very easy and very prompt.

We had a technician out 8/1/2021. Long story short, an easy job turning into a three hour nightmare for our technician, none of which was his fault. The way our dryer vents is through the roof and has 2 90 degree turns. Our poor technician lost two brushes due to these turns and the sharp aluminum severing his brush heads. All through this process he was still very nice and professional. We wanted a deep clean, but since he could not complete the clean, he did not charge us for it, even though he spent hours at our home trying to get our brush head out. We will have to re route our dryer duct into our garage (only okay to do this if you have an electric dryer, NOT gas) and the technician even sent us a link to a product from home depot for a temporary fix to vent INTO our home. I really appreciated his help and felt terrible about how much time he spent at the home, and losing two of his brush heads due to the builders shotty duct work.
