It all went very smoothly! Richard was even able to quickly locate the exact carpet that I hoping to use that I found at another flooring store. He came to my house twice to confirm that the measurements of the custom rugs would be just right for the rooms.

Pride did a great job! They were punctual and accurate for the estimate. The said they would need to order the padding as it was memory foam and they didn't keep it in stock, but that it should be ready two days later. The product arrived on time and they came back to install it 2 days later. They were about an hour late for the installation appointment, but were very professional and friendly. They installed the padding and the carpet to the best of their abilities using what we had (the existing carpet shrank a bit from the flooding, but they were able to stretch it back to almost perfect without forcing me to buy new carpet. There was a slip during installation and I noticed a gap in the padding. Even though they had already fastened the carpet down, they pulled it back up and fixed the gap without hesitation. Most companies would try to weasel their way out of fixing it since the carpet was already laid down. Before leaving, they asked me to take a look and made sure I was satisfied with the work. The price was about average for the estimates I had received from other companies - the other companies quoted me $300 for the work and pride quoted me $350. However, I wanted the job done right this time and felt that having a highly rated company perform the work for an extra $50 was worth it. I was right; I would certainly hire them again and recommend them to my friends if they need carpet installation or repair.

Richard and his team were very professional throughout the whole process. We were on a tight deadline and they exceeded our expectations. The job roughly 1000 square feet of wood look tile in the main area, new tile in master bathroom plus backsplash in the kitchen and marble around the fireplace. Richard and Jonathan were always within reach with a text or call. I would definitely recommend them...support San Antonio small businesses they are much better than dealing with the big box stores. For example. I called Pride flooring Friday afternoon and Jonathan meet us at 5:30 that evening to measure for the quote. The following Saturday we noticed the manufacturer shipped the wrong tile and he was at the house within an hour to correct the situation. Top notch service!

I was really impressed by Richard's professionalism and quick response to my request. He scheduled someone quickly and texted me to confirm. The carpet repair fellow arrived on time, explained to me what would be done and how it would look (I had to use new carpet from the attic so it would look different), and then started working immediately. He even brought his own vacuum and perfectly cleaned up the work area. He was polite too. I will definitely call them when I can afford to replace the carpet upstairs.

Richard was able to start work a few days later after accepting the quote and selecting material colors. His team started on the day they said they would. We appreciated the explanation of carpeting and padding at the store and in phone calls. Phone calls were always answered if not immediately, then within a short while. Richard Cavazos and Jon were courteous, professional and helpful in all aspects leading up to installation. Richard drew sketches of the rooms and explain how the carpet was to be laid out and installed. Jon was helpful in scheduling and explaining things to do before installation. Installers showed up on time on the appointed day. The two installers, Carlos and Eduardo, were competent and accomplished the job of removal and installation of the new carpet. They were very helpful in any questions or requests that we had. I had no worries about having them in our home. We would have Pride flooring do any future carpeting.

I was very nervous about selecting the right tile for my house. Richard from Pride Flooring came out to my house to see what he was working with. We then met at his showroom multiple times and Richard game me samples of the tile that we felt would work best. I took it home to "live with it". The original selection that we decided on together wasn't what I thought was best for my home so I went back and we selected other options together. I took those home and after a few weeks I decided on the original option. Richard was helpful and there was no pressure to select a product quickly or the one he recommended. It turned out that the original tile selection was what we finally went with and it is fabulous. People that come into my home now ask me what I did to make the room feel larger. The tile is amazing. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. The installers were professional, friendly and helpful. I have 2 boxer puppies. The Pride Flooring People put extra staff on the job to get it done quickly so that we didn't have to disturb the pups too much. They were awesome.
