Perfect! We had an unusual color that we were trying to match and we needed it to be done quickly. Both issues were resolved in a timely, professional and helpful way. We had used them to put in a mesquite floor some years ago, so we knew that we could trust them, not only would I use them again, but I already have.

Richard of Pride was terrific to work with! He was quick to respond to each inquery and concern. Once the project was underway, I could snap a picture and text it and get feedback within a couple of hours at the latest. He would text with information or selections that needed to be done and we'd resolve via texting. Much better than always trying to coordinate schedules for meetings. Pride floors was thoroughtly detailed and stayed with the estimate. The site was cleaned each step of the way. When the project had an unexpected hiccup, solutions were easily navigated. AND happily Richard kept the whole thing on track with the time. We have had lots of compliments on the faux wood tile we put in. The installation is professional in appearance as the tile fits to the existing molding and no shoe mold was added therefore, the tile has a clean fit. The countertops turned out well and I appreciated that Richard took the time to deal with the granite folks since only one slab had been selected instead of two and I wanted a specific color balance in the slab variations. It was also good that the crew was able to repair some of the damage to the cabinets that was from the previous countertop.

Fantastic! It was a joy to work with them and I will be hiring them again. They know their craft and have several years of experience, every single one of them. We had a large project of tiling the entire first floor of the house, 1150ish sqft, took them 5 days. They are fast, precise, very quick to answer any questions. The hardest part of the whole process was picking out which tile to use out of their quality selection of flooring. Pride Flooring & Construction LLC is the best bang for the buck and are truly a group of skilled professionals that care. I will be moving forward with updating the kitchen counter tops with them as well as other future projects. I know they will do a fantastic job because they care about the quality of work they provide.

Pride was great at hearing our ideas/needs and giving us plenty of options within our budget. We ended up with a lighter wood grain tile that matched well with bith the warmer snd cooler tones of color in our various rooms. I was surprised (delighted) in how good the quality of all of the work done was! I would recommend Pride and reuse them anytime.

WOW! Pride Floors did an outstanding job of installing wood floors in two bedrooms and a master closet that originally had carpet. Richard and his staff were professional, knowledgeable, very prompt and efficient in completing their work. Overall, Roger's expertise as a craftsman was impressive. Richard was readily available with advice on which type of wood floor would be a wise selection and very helpful with any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Pride Floors as a very satisfied customer.

I used Pride Floors to lay porcelain tile in my kitchen and vinyl plank in two upstairs bathrooms. They did a great job and I'm happy with how my floors turned out. Richard also showed integrity and honesty by refunding $150 of what I paid in advance for services that didn't need to be done after all. I never would have known the difference and he could have easily kept the money. I was very impressed by that. I ended up using most of the leftover money to have some repair done to the carpet in a bedroom.

Home projects are always difficult, but I have no complaints. We're not entirely done, but it's my fault.

Everything about this process was excellent! I was referred to Pride Floors by my realtor. I had a very poor experience with a different company last year and did not want to repeat experience. I needed three bedrooms recarpeted. From the initial consultation, to scheduling the measurements and installation, to changing my mind several times about which carpet I wanted, Richard was professional, respectful, and courteous. The cost was reasonable and the work was performed well. I am pleased with the end result! I will definitely use Pride Floors for my future flooring needs.

Richard and his crew were outstanding, they accomplished an entire 2nd level install of wooden floors as well as our staircase in just a week. When an issue arised after installation, one of his team members promptly scheduled to come out for repairs. The work came out beautifully.

Richard Cavazos was very professional and explained the different types of flooring so we could make the right choice for our home. The company removed the carpet and sanded down the concrete so that the laminate floors could be properly installed. The house looks amazing. They did a great job. They were fast professional and had a great selection of products to choose from.

Excellent work, done on time, within budget. We got multiple bids and Pride's was in the middle. New flooring added matched existing wood flooring very well. Laminate countertops removed and replaced with granite. Finish on granite was excellent. New appliances installed. Travertine back splash installed, new exhaust vent installed, changed from recirculating to one venting to the outside. Under cabinet LED lighting added. Also changed electric cooktop to new gas cooktop. All the subs were conscientious and very competent. Work flow was very well coordinated. Each morning Richard called early to let us know who would be in our home and when. Work proceeded quickly and without interruption. I've dealt with remodeling projects involving multiple subs before and it is rare to see this level of coordination and competency. We would highly recommend Richard and his team.

I started out with a big box store and when talking with colleagues at work they had mentioned going with a local family owned business and to be honest I never even thought about it. So I looked on the internet, found three local shops with excellent ratings (this was one of them) and stopped in to explore my options. I can tell you from the beginning it was an excellent experience. They had more flooring options than the big box store, the prices were as good if not better, and they installed it three weeks better than the best date from the big box store, Installers were professional, respectful and the quality of work was second to none. The owner called me at the end of the day to get some feedback and I told him I couldn't have been happier. You should definitely consider Pride Floors.

Richard and Jonathan over at Pride Floors really helped us out. I was in a time crunch and needed to replace the floors badly in a commercial property ASAP so we could get pictures of the place up and going. I was referred to Pride from a friend of ours and I couldn't be any happier. Jonathan was very professional communicating to me the process and even sent me home with samples so I could decide what flooring I preferred. Richard and Pride Flooring were very helpful as this was our first time with an investment house. He provided advice and help when needed. He and his crews were punctual and got done what they said would get done. Most importantly, it looked great when they were finished.

Pride Flooring installed 400 sq. ft of tile in our kitchen and 1,150 sq. ft of engineered wood in den, dining room, stairs and loft. Richard, owner, and Jon, manager, were extremely knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. The installers were punctual, professional and protective of our property. The wood floors, installed by Roger and his crew, are impressive. The random way the boards were installed enhanced the beauty of the overall look. The wood installation on the stairs, was first class. Roger's attention to detail, and his conscientious work, is impressive. This is hard to find these days. Very difficult job that was done on time amd on budget!

It was a wonderful experience, Richard Cavazos with Pride Floors was very courteous and professional about helping select the tile, he is very knowledgeable and he scheduled the installation in a timely manner and his crew did a very good job they were very respectful and clean during the installation process, I was very happy and satisfied with the completion of the work. I would highly recommend him and his crew to anyone.

Extremely well. Pride Floor installers were on time. Moved furniture with no problems and reset furniture back...even helped me reconnect our TV and Stero system back up. Expert layers !
