Very well!!! They were prompt, courteous, and did excellent work.

Richard was contacted to give us an estimate for work requested. He came to our house and told us he would email an estimate/quote for the work needed. After 5 days, no response from him. We emailed him and he responded by saying that we had not selected a product from his company yet, but would send a quote for a 3/8" hardwood floor product for an approximate quote. He did not even send us the second quote. You do not feel valued as a customer. There was a lot of work that needed to be done. As per another review in August of this year, we too were "ghosted". This is poor customer service. We went with another company.

They used dustless removal of my old tile and installed new tile 12x20 in a herringbone pattern. It is absolutely beautiful! The attention to detail and the perfect cuts are amazing! I would highly recommend them for any tile project!

Pride Floors is an awesome, local company that that does a great job on the actual work and with the customer service. They were quick to answer any questions we had about the job and made sure we were comfortable and happy with our selections. They job turned out amazing and was done in the time quoted. They will be our first call on our next project as well!!!

Very well. Trae said the bump lines would go away in a few days and they did. He told me what I needed to do to smoothen them out. I appreciated his explanation on how they come up with the flat rate price regardless of what's done. I liked the idea it's a lifetime warranty. Jon initially told me the cost would be 300 dollars-ish. It would have been nice for him to have told me it was 325 before the work started. Is wasn't until Trae came to do the work that he was pretty sure it would be 325. If there can be a way to have different prices for different jobs (for example, re-stretch or install a certain amount of square footage). I thought the price was high but I don't know anything about running a business.

Richard responded to my online request within 24 hrs. We made an appointment and he came to my home to measure and get details to provide an estimate. He arrived when scheduled. Promised to provide estimate in 1-2 days for flooring estimate. He also told me he would have his painter contact me for exterior painting. When I did not receive estimate by end of 2nd day, I contacted him to see if we should wait on an estimate from him. Told me he would have something to us the next day. Never heard from him again. Completely GHOSTED. Not even a call to say he was not interested. It’s been over 2 weeks. Went with another company.

Very happy with the work done by Richard and his team. Both price and quality were good and no job requested was too big or small for Pride Floors & Construction. This made working with them easy and they did exactly what they promised and were on time, budget. I will be working with them again on future projects on my house.

Extremely happy with responsiveness and professionalism at Pride. The owner, Richard, was personally involved in my install along the way and made sure I was satisfied 100%. Installer was excellent. Would recommend them for flooring installs at a reasonable price with great service.

Richard was very helpful and patient in helping us make good choices, including multiple visits to our home to discuss options. The wood that we chose had varying widths and lengths. The installers were very skilled in laying the planks in a way that resulted in a great look. Carpeting of stairs and upstairs complemented the wood flooring. We were very happy with the entire process.

Better than I expected. Every step working with Pride Floors and Construction quickly, smoothly and with professionalism. I immediately felt comfortable with and confident in Richard. His assistance in the selection of the flooring was invaluable. The staff that installed the flooring was likewise professional and engaging. Everyone involved made sure I understood the timing and process and answered all my questions, and some I didn't know to ask, directly and thoroughly. Pride Floors will be my first consideration on any and all future flooring needs. I recommend without hesitation.

I had about 2400sqft of flooring installed with half being carpet and wood floors. Ran across Pride Floors via Angieslist recommendation. Visited them shortly after getting my house to look at flooring. Found some flooring I thought would look good in the house so decided to go with them. Reasonably priced, and they had a ton of selection. It was alot of work overall for the condition of the house, upstairs had to be sanded down so it was flat, they were able to take care of it. The flooring ended up coming out perfect. I'm very picky and didn't want to take a chance with some others maybe to save a few bucks. They did some custom stair inserts which were a challange but came out looking perfect. The carpeting also completely transformed the house, if you are looking for a unique color check out the Oasis Carousel carpet, one of the nicest carpets I've seen. Richard was always responsive and patient with all of the questions I had. Go with them if you want your flooring done right.

Pride Floors and Construction did a great job with our home. We used them to install wood-look tile throughout the downstairs, re-carpet the upstairs, and paint the entire interior. We did a lot of shopping around, and they were very competitive. Richard was patient and professional and at no time did we feel pressured. Richard’s install team was also polite and professional while working efficiently but with great care to produce a quality finished product. After the install was complete, Richard made sure we were happy with every detail. You can be confident in your decision to use Pride Floors and Construction.

Tile work was complete in 2 days! Wood work was a bigger area but still was complete very quick. They did a GREAT job on both. They were easy to get ahold of and were always checking to ensure we were happy with the progress and work. Would definitely recommend them!

The owner, Richard Cavazos, was very pleasant and professional. He coordinated the various aspects of the project in an organized and timely manner. He ensured that I had chosen all of my colors, tile, countertop, appliances, lighting, etc. as they were needed for the project. All of the workers did high quality work including tape, float, texture and paint, tile work (flooring and backsplash), custom cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, rerouting AC ducts, countertop installation, and appliance installation. It was an expensive project, but they did a lot of work and I feel that It was a good value and I received a very high quality result. I would highly recommend Pride Floors and Construction.
