This is our second purchase with Pride Flooring. They are knowledgeable and patient when selecting flooring. Installation staff was professional and timely. Quality of work on the engineered hardwood was outstanding. Carpet is tight and all edges are clean. No sign of a seam anywhere.

Richard and his company showed up on time, did an excellent job and communicated with me every step of the way. I'm in the real estate business and have clients that need to replace their flooring from time to time. I'd definitely recommend this company.

Pride Floors and Construction was integral to the success of our project. The company's owner, Richard Cavasos, has a great eye for design as well as respect for the client's preferences and budget. He offered a number of suggestions regarding materials and layout, which is especially important when installing new tile and hardwood. His installation teams did a fantastic job. Our new engineered hardwood floor is stunning, and I appreciate that Pride Floors fabricated transition strips for the locations where hardwood meets tile. Richard told me that these transition strips have a lower profile than those available through the flooring supplier, and they match the floor perfectly. We requested that the tile in our sunroom be laid in a herringbone pattern, and the installation team did a great job of fulfilling our request. Richard helped us design an inset of contrasting tile for our entryway, and we later requested that this design be replicated outside our entry doors. The result is even better than we expected. We selected a marble-look porcelain tile with a stone-and-glass accent strip for the master bath. Once again, Pride's installation team was very precise and careful in their execution of our design, and we love the result. I would not hesitate to work with Pride Floors and Construction again. Highly recommended!

A person came out to my home with samples of various types of padding and carpet, and helped to educate us about the differences so we could make the best decision. When I had a question, they immediately responded and were kind enough to use my preferred method of communication. I found it very comforting that they called the morning of the appointment to re-confirm the convenience of the time and date, and gave the installers name and the description of the vehicle so that I would know what to expect. The installer was exceptionally professional and explained every step, he communicated with us and kept us in the loop to make sure we were happy with the whole process. Prime Floors is my new preferred flooring provider!

Upon a recommendation from one of my associates we went to Pride Flooring where Richard welcomed us into his store. He took time to listen to what my needs were along with the fact that I was only "shopping" as I had been previously to large chain flooring stores and had found something on my own. I shared with him the sample of carpet which I had previously selected and he was able to locate a carpet of better quality at the same price. I had already spent $35 for a store to come measure but he said he would come measure for free and be there the next day! Which he did and then called me within 24 hours to share with me the carpet he found specific to my needs and the home layout along with the pricing. I signed a contract and the crew was installing my carpet within the week. The crew was punctual on time, very clean, polite, and provided detail of their goals. They returned a second day on time and provided me with a beautiful carpet that was installed professionally. The best part was the communication that followed each day by Richard to assure that I was satisfied with the crew, their work and the quality of the carpet. I have previously purchased carpet from these larger retail home stores thinking I was getting the best price...but have learned that Pride Flooring not only beats their price but has impeccable service and is very professional. I will be using them for all my flooring needs along with providing them as a reference to my own clients when they purchase a home from Handy Realty.

I am overwhelmingly impressed with my tile "Nicolas and crew" and carpets "Carlos and crew" results. It took two visits with Richard Cavazos to finalize the tile and carpet selection. effective dialog involving my objective constraints and most important my budget. Richard was most gracious in delaying the initial start date. To accommodate a set back that I unexpectedly encountered. Richard and Jon kept me well informed on the process and progress of the tile and carpet. The corresponding crew were very skilled, thorough and professional. I felt very comfortable during the construction site undertaking. i would gladly refer pride floor to my family and friends. In summery I am delighted and enthusiastic with my modern model home results.

Richard was incredibly quick to respond to my texts and calls and was very easy to coordinate with. He was also very timely and was able to finish the entire job in 4 days. The quality was excellent and we are very happy with the final product. Richard also was the best price around on top of excellent service and work.

Where to even begin? Just great! My overall experience was top of the line considering I put Richard (very patient and professional) in a time crunch situation and he was able to make it happen! Thanks again and I am a very happy and loyal customer from now on. I also need to mention his installer worked alone on my project and I appreciate how meticulous he was; which is VERY important to me!

Pride floors & Construction did a terrific job installing our new floors. The pricing was fair and they were able to work around my schedule. Will have them return to do the rest of the house at some point, highly recommend.

Richard and his crew did an excellent job with our floors. The job presented with some unique challenges and they kept at it, making sure that everything was done right and met all our expectations. Removal and installation went very well.

Richard made it very easy for us to find and purchase the best carpet for our house. The installation went very well. Carlos is a very hard worker, and did an excellent job removing the old carpet and padding, cleaning the floors, and replacing it with the new padding and carpet. I had removed all of the books and other small things from the bookcases, but Carlos did all of the moving of furniture and was very careful with all of our belongings. He also took great care not to damage our newly painted walls. Richard checked in to make sure everything was going well, and then followed up with me after the job was completed to make sure we were happy.

Work was great. Richard communicated promptly and the technician he sent showed up right on time. He worked very fast and the quality of work is fantastic. Will call again for future remodeling needs.

We were so pleased with Pride Floors -- we had a hot water leak and damage to our carpet and had been working with the contractor provided by our insurance company for over 2 months to get the carpet replaced and weren't getting anywhere. It was 9 days (including a weekend) from the time that I first went to Pride floors until the day it was completely installed and everything looks great. Robert was very professional to work with and came out to our house a few times to help us find the right carpeting. I can't recommend them enough especially after such a poor experience with another local company.

The flooring selection was excellent. Very high end floors. They were able to get us scheduled in quickly and help us meet a deadline for some other work we were having done in the house.

The installer was on time. He was very courteous and professional. He took his time and did a thorough job of making sure the carpet was fitted perfectly around each corner and the fire place. He removed all of the old carpet and padding and even vacuumed after the installation was complete.
