Premium Overhead Doors was very professional. I called on Thursday, and he offered to come over in an hour, but I wasn't home at that time, so we scheduled for him to come out on Sunday morning between 8 and 9. I got a curtesy call about 8:15 that he was on his way and he promptly showed up and diagnosed the broken spring. I was offered two choices to replace the springs (in a dual spring setup, it's always wise to replace both if one is broken) with similar springs with a three year warranty or upgrade to a better quality single spring system with a ten year warranty. I was more familiar with the better quality spring from another home I owned and never had problems with it for 17 years, so I went with that choice. 40ish minutes later the work was done. He inspected the door and worked the mechanism many times to be sure that everything was in adjustment. He lubricated all the rollers and I've never had a garage door that quiet. He also repaired the handle that manually unlocks the garage door that the previous homeowner left missing. It was quick and well done. I'm a very happy camper!

I think they did a good job and said we just needed to change our sensor, when we spoke to another provider they said we needed to replace our whole door. Premium came in and was able to just replace the sensor.

They came and did all work as advertised. New wheels, calibration of system and adjustment so it would function smoothly. Company did note my opener was older and said they could do repair or replace.

I called and he was here within 2 hours. Had it back on track in no time. Also included a tuneup in the trip charge. Very pleased with his work and highly recommend!

Joel came replaced two garage door openers(one not functioning) with updated models that included WIFI security services via an app on my smartphone. He was prompt and professional. He set all remotes and installed and programmed two exterior keypads. He explained the warranties and showed me where to access directions for setting up lift master app for my smartphone. I would definitely recommend Joel.

I had to call them to schedule as I did not hear from them. There was no courtesy call to let me know they were coming once the appointment was made. The man was professional and the work was done efficiently and timely. I would give them an A on the work done, but not on responsiveness. Usually the companies on Angies list contact me quickly and i have usually received a courtesy call from companies to let me know they were on their way when it is a window of time. The important factor, though, was the work was done well.

Was very impressed with the service of Premium Overhead Doors. I called in the morning and someone was able to come over to our house to fix the garage door that same day. The guy who did the repair work did an excellent job; the price was also very reasonable. $195 to fix the door, replace all the rollers, and do some routine maintenance of our garage door. It was an emergency fix that needed to happen ASAP due to incoming thunderstorm with hail. It was already late in the day, around 5-6pm. They came out within an hour or so no questions asked. They fixed it fast and I was able to save my cars from the hail that came that night. Suffice to say, Premium saved me from the storm! Thanks!
