Joel did an excellent job replacing my old wooden garage door, which was 50+ years old. He worked for a number of hours to produce a great finished product. He did not try to upsell at all, which I appreciated. I would definitely hire Joel again for any garage door replacement or repair.

We decided to upgrade 20 year old doors and openers. Two 9x7 doors, one 6x7 special order door (all 3 were insulated with window and inserts), three 3/4 HP, belt driven door openers, and new door rails and springs. After interviews with three companies we selected Premium Overhead Doors to do the work. All three quotes were in the same ballpark, but Joel with Premium provided a more detailed proposal which we appreciated. Joel and Isaiah were punctual and their work was completed in a very professional manner. We couldn’t be more pleased with their work.

If you need extra thing done that don’t realize need to be done they we give competitive price right way and will fix it as soon as they can. Both garage door springs were replaced, new brackets were installed and tuneup was performed.

The mother board went out. 20 years old, difficult to replace; got a new motor instead. More expensive than I thought, but technician was very nice, explained everything and replaced motor. Door works fine

Garage door spring broke and needed to be replaced. I called Premium Overhead Doors at 5 PM, and by 8 PM that night they had replaced it and were gone. Joel called ahead to confirm I'd be home and was professional throughout the experience.

Joel was very knowledgeable and did an outstanding job. He changed the rollers, adjusted the springs, and adjusted the motor and chain. Door works 100% better (would not close or open fully under its own power before). I will definitely hire him again when needed.

Joel called me the same day I requested on Angie's list and set an appointment that day. In the same day, I had my entire garage system (minus the door) replaced, lubricated and inspected. Joel was extremely efficient, very competent, and super punctual. I was able to get a wifi controlled garage door motor that is super quiet and has a motion sensor that automatically turns on when I enter the garage (no more fishing around for the light switch). I am very happy with the final product.

I purchased the garage door tuneup and roller replacement deal from Premium Overhead Door and I'm extremely pleased with the results. Joel did a good job adjusting and lubricating the garage door and installing new rollers resulted in quieter and smoother operation. Definitely worth the money!

Great service from Premium Overhead Doors as always. This visit was serviced by Joel who was professional, courteous, called before arrival, and on schedule. He maintenance my garage door, including replacing the rollers (14) and obstruction safety sensors.

Service technician was able to schedule my service the day after I purchased deal. Showed up at appointed time and adjusted and oiled garage door motor and checked/lubricated all rollers. he said I did not need new ones so priced was dropped to $79. very honest!

I called around 1:50pm because my garage door wouldn't close. They were able to see me the same day around 5pm. I have a 3 car garage (single and double). The double wasn't closing. They determined the sensors needed replacing. I had them do a tune up on both garages too. They finished in less than an hour and all is working well so far. I would recommend.
