Description of Work: Technical arrived on time, did a complete inspection of existing components and spoke with me concerning the overall status of my door and gave me the opportunity to replace the door, not having the funds at the time opted for the service I signed up for. This repair in total took about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend premium for my next repair or replacement

Description of Work: My garage door had developed a squeal when opening and closing. No matter how much I lubed the door system, it still squealed. PREMIUM OVERHEAD DOORS INC, checked out the system and they discovered the right roller rail had shifted and the rollers were rubbing against the rail. He adjusted the rail, tightened the spring and re-lubricated all moving parts. My garage door is quiet again. The technician was thorough, courteous and did a great job.
