They did the quote but said they were waitng on my call to confirm. I texted them several tomes. Everything else was great. I recommend them.

For the most part great experience, Greg was always prompt in replying! Only thing was one of the measurements was off and we had to say something and there was some holes/damage to the dry wall during demo.

They were easy to communicate with and followed up after the service. Love the countertop and quality of the granite.

David was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would have been nice if someone on the tear down crew spoke english to communicate what was going on, but they did a good job.

we had language problem with installers

The installation crew got some of the grout on adjacent walls but when I called the salesman, David Garza (Super Dave), to let him know he came back very quickly and painted over the mess. David was very apologetic and explained that the installation crew was not his regular crew. I plan to use this company again for some bathroom countertops.

The people that came out to do the install did not speak English so we had a language problem.

After soliciting several contractors to bid this fairly simple project of replacing my cruddy bathroom countertops with granite, I was amazed at how varied the bids were. Super Dave and his team were quick and efficient with MY time and money, doing a beautiful job with “over the top” customer service. A few days after completing the job, Super Dave came back out to go over the project and make sure I was satisfied and happy. The price was on point and I’d use them again in a heartbeat.

Premier Stone Creations responded immediately to our needs and were done in just a few days. The cost was amazing for full demo, removal, and install. We couldn't be happier. Zeus Plumbing finished up the job, and we also highly recommend them.

Installers did not know the scope of work. The installation in kitchen was wrong. However, they did come back and correct all errors at no additional cost

The project was a small (4 ft) counter top in our laundry room that we wanted replaced with granite. Since we live way out in the hill country we are used to contractors saying they will come, but never show up once they find how far it is. Dave came out the next day, and we had the formal quote the following day, It was very reasonable, and they came the day after he picked up the new sink, that was to be installed in the counter. They made this happen in less than a week, and that was only because I had to buy the sink first. They left the laundry room very clean. I would definitely use them again.
