Had some problems over a couple of weeks with both my garage door and my opener. On Thursday night it finally stopped working. I used Home Advisor to find garage door repair openers and Precision Door Service was the only company that would come out on Friday afternoon. Our technician, Jason Dawson, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. He provided us various options to choose from, and his professional opinion. We chose to follow his advice and replaced the one spring with two, replaced the rollers and bearings and had a new opener installed. Spending that much money wasn't what we wanted to do on a Friday afternoon, but it was what was needed. Jason quickly went to work. He talked me through every step of the project as he was completing it to ensure that I was comfortable, installed everything and tested it under several conditions to ensure that it worked, and taught us what we needed to know to operate and care for the opener and garage door. His service was fantastic and I strongly encourage you to ask for him if you need service. Great job, Jason!

There was a bit of a communication issue however the technician showed up on time, was knowledgeable and was prepared to fix the problem right then and there. All in all a great experience and I would recommend them for any garage door work needed.

On time. Diagnosed problem quickly. I decided to go ahead and replace the garage door opener since they were so old. They had all the equipment needed on the truck. Give me a quote on how much it would be. Installed openers quickly. Showed me other areas that needed tweaked to prolong the life of the openers. Finished quickly for the price quoted.

Monty was friendly and informative about my inquiry towards a garage door repair vs. replacement of my heavy, 30 year-old damaged wooden doors. The installer, Larry, was very professional, too, and demonstrated various advantages of these beautiful new garage doors upon completion of his work.

My garage door spring broke on a Friday and I set an appt. for Monday. They called me Friday night and was there on Saturday, and was able to come earlier, our professional Jason was fantastic and got us fixed and we will be finishing up with them and buying our new garage door in the next few months. I only put a 3 on the value because this stuff is expensive. I am sure they are very competitive in their pricing.

from moment repairman walked in,seem like all he wanted to do was was sell us a "complete" new door,i,e, door panels(which are new condition) spring,rails,rollers,etc..when actually all that was needed was to put tension on on spring..he didnt even check level/balance of the door!!

I was very pleased with the customer service I received. Dan is amazing! He went above and beyond during the installation of my garage door opener. He helped me program the garage opener in my vehicle in addition to waiting an extra 30 minutes while I worked through a wiring issue.

Jason did a wonderful job. He was on time, a little early actually. He was very knowledgeable, explaining how everything should work and what needed to be done. He fixed what needed to be repaired and did so quickly. He was very pleasant and courteous. I would definitely reach out this company again for future repairs.
