Johnny was friendly and professional over the phone, and clearly communicated the cost estimate and time-frame. Richard arrived within a couple of hours of placing the request, and provided fast & friendly service.

Took a little longer than expected but it was after 7pm. They were quick once they arrived.

I called to get a price on a residential lockout. They said $69.95. I told the rep I would call back in a few minutes. I called back 5 minutes later and they claimed the price was then $79.95 and it was due to me calling back after midnight. They wouldn't honor the price I was told 5 minutes prior even with the property being in the system.

We were expecting just a re-keying because the would-be burglars had used a key, and the lock was not damaged. John, the locksmith, saw that the lock we had was just not good quality and had been opened with a modern equivalent of a skeleton key. He got a different lock from his vehicle and explained the "anatomy" of it, as well as that of our existing door lock, and why the one he had was better. We agreed, and he replaced the lock. It took a good amount of drilling and even chiseling of our door frame because the new lock fits deeper into the frame and has a steel box to slide into instead of just the hollowed-out wood of the frame. We decided to have John come back and replace the deadbolt locks on all the exterior doors with these better-quality, much stronger locks.
